Love that this is different than just your usual square or rectangle. The letters are a bit tricky to handle, need to make sure have the tabs secure to stay in place.

Got this to do baby announcements. It arrived neatly packaged with a case for the letters and a little stand for the board. I loved that this letter board wasn’t the usual square/rectangle board and it feels very sturdy. Can’t wait to get more use out of it!

I ordered the yellow version of this board because it was on sale and I have been adding color into my home a lot more and moving away from the boring farmhouse neutrals thing.The color is so lovely! The pictures in the listing of the yellow are very true to real life imo. It is a muted yellow sort of the color of Mardi Gras Mustard (for my Popeye’s folks 😉). The bonus of a letter and emoji set with this plus a sweet little easel makes this a fantastic value! Love the unique shape too!

The sign itself is adorable and very sturdy. I use it for outdoor events and even on a windy day it didn’t knock over. When I received my item I had a couple broken letters and it wouldn’t have been a big deal but I actually needed those specific letters. I reached out to the company and they responded quick and sent me new letters. Great customer service!

Things I did not like were the letters cracked and broke easy , I broke every single “Y” with the scissors they provided, maybe try using a razor blade? The stand had issues too, It would only tighten so tight. When I would put the hexagon letter board on the stand it would fall flat. The stand worked best with the letter board on it if there was a wall behind it. Things I loved about this letter board were the grey background and the hexagon shape. With many people using letter boards this is definitely one way to stand out!

i unpacked the item from the box as pictured. one of the side pieces that was broken off is the one for mounting the board, which was my intention for this item. i missed the return window so i think it’s fixable with some craftiness, but just giving folks a heads up that it did not withstand the trip to my apartment. 2 stars because otherwise it’s still cute and i’m going to use it, after mending and probably now some painting too so it will match my decor even better.

UPDATE: Northwell is run by amazing people that care about customers. After expressing my feelings towards this purchase they reached out immediately to offer and new and improved product. We all know that businesses learn as they grow and thankfully they've changed the process to make a better product. I'm very pleased by their kindness to send me another board to try out. I'm looking forward to making this one a part of my collection and hopefully order more great things from this company!OLD REVIEW:I was very excited to get this board in. I'm a big fan of them and looked forward to having one that was more unique. Unfortunately the felt in it was not very secure. When putting letters on for the first time the felt started to get fuzzy. I didn't expect that for the price paid. The ones I had from Hobby Lobby are better in my opinion.

Overall, I love this product!! Super cute and gives enough room to write just about anything. Stays up pretty well on the stand provided. I seen that others had issues with the scissors that were provided, initially I did myself but I found out that you can’t cut with the tip of the scissors and it’s more effective to cut towards the back of them. Only two complaints that I personally have is the stand was a slightly different color(more yellow) from the wood used on the board(more of a red hue) but in reality you don’t notice it much and there was also some yellow discoloring spots on the board, which bugged me more than anything. There not big issues, but maybe something to look into to. I still love the product regardless.
