OK people so at first when I open them and took them out of the package they were huge. I thought they would fit an elephant. I took a size small I’m 133 pounds 5 foot four my leggings and was like wow what a waste then I figured out a trick so here’s what you gonna do. You’re gonna put them on first let them acclimate to your skin. Put your leggings over the shorts and you are gonna be like wow they start to acclimate to your body and your skin. They look huge and you take them at the bag don’t be discouraged. Do as I say and they totally work. You will sweat and get a great workout so don’t get nervous if you see their big when you take them out of the package you’re gonna absolutely love my review. Remember, put them on first then put your leggings or your sweatpants over them and then go work out you will definitely be amazed. Thanks for the great shorts whoever your seller is.

Had to work a little to get the sauna compression shorts on. Once on they felt very comfortable. The material is soft to the touch and moves with your body. I wore these while cleaning the house and doing yard work. I was very surprised at how much I would sweat just doing daily task. The sauna shorts did not disappoint.

Had a very strange smell when it arrived. Just wash it and the smell goes away. Aside from that they are true to size, comfortable, stretchy. Most importantly they do work! After a workout at the gym I’m drenched in sweat.
