Good cheese for grilling in fry pan or heat for dipping. Nice mild flavor

This is my go-to, all-time favorite Halloumi (Haloumi) cheese, and I can buy it on Amazon. It's delivered with a couple small packs of ice, and though sometimes the ice is thawed and the cheese is no longer cold by the time it arrives, I've never had a problem with it. I just put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and it's fine. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. I love the cow's milk/sheep's milk combination. It's hard to find this blend in local stores, as the goat's milk blend is more common. I know a lot of people like goat's milk, but I'm not one of them, I just can't do it (blech). Sheep's milk is sweet and smooth, unlike goat's milk which I find strong and bitter. Anyway, this is great Halloumi cheese delivered to your door.

This cheese is very tasty it use for sandwiches for fry for pie and too many use I love it

Love this cheese! Wish I could find it in-store, but Amazon always comes through. Sliced, then pan seared, and topped with spicy honey. Drool-worthy!
