Shaves well. I bought this particular model because you can use it plugged in or on battery, which is an advantage when traveling. I only need to charge it once per week or so. I do wish it had come with some sort of storage case.

I bought this shaver as a back-up for my old one, and recently I put my old one away (it was making weird noises) and started using this one. It is very quiet running; it does a really good job on my aging face with its sensitive skin; and it has performed well since I started using it. I will add that it takes longer to recharge (I do so after each shave), but that is not an issue--just a mention. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase and plan to order another of these as a new back-up.

It doesn't give me a super close shave like a normal razor, but it does make me look like I shaved, which is good enough. The trimmer part doesn't do a great job, so I use a different trimmer, and it doesn't make my skin feel smooth, but it's convenient to use and doesn't cut me.

As far as budget shavers go, this is pretty good. Not great with thick hair. My facial hair doesn't grow fast so I don't shave every day. I have to keep this plugged in to power through my shave. I regret my purchase slightly but if you shave every day and you're on a budget, this will do the job.
