Door Draft AngelFalls Door Sweep Weather Stripping Door Seal

My front door goes to a shared breezeway type entry. My Neighbors can be a bit noisy, and they smoke between the outside, into the breezeway, and into their own separate apartment (and vice-versa). There is a sizable gap between the bottom of my door and the floor, and practically every time they walked through, they would be noisy, and even worse, their cigarette smoke would seep under my door, making my apartment smell like a smokey bar.So I ordered this weather strip to keep out all the bad stuff it was promising. It arrived very quickly thanks to Amazon. I wiped the door down with some diluted rubbing alcohol to make sure the adhesive would stick. I opened the box, and to my surprise, I got maybe 6-7 feet of the weather proofing I had ordered, and a sizable amount of cheap foam rubber weather stripping. I was a bit put off by this since in the description it appeared I would be getting 16.4ft of this silicon strip for my doors (Upon much more careful reading, the 16.4ft measurement was the amount of "Free" Door window anti collision self adhesive rubber weatherproof seal that was included in the kit.Regardless, there was still plenty of the actual silicon weather strip to cover the one door I ordered it for. I was able to very easily cut it to fit with a pair of decently sharp scissors, and stuck it securely to the bottom of the door. It fit securely and perfectly to close that large gap at the bottom of the door that had been driving me crazy since I moved in. I installed it July 27th and the strip shows no signs of coming loose, peeling, or shifting.I wish they were more clear on the contents of the package and the actual measurements, but that aside, it was exactly what I wanted. It has helped with the noise coming under the door gap, and more importantly, I don't smell cigarette smoke coming though from the breezeway every time my neighbors pass by. For the price I paid, I can't really complain about the semi-misleading dimensions of the product I had ordered, but it is the reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars vs a perfect 5. At the end of the day, my door is sealed, and I am happy.

Been using these for about 2 months in my recently moved into apartment. I got these as they were the cheapest at the time. From what I can tell, all the similar listings are essentially the same product with little to no difference, so why not buy the cheapest one?The color is a little darker than in the photo and so it's not as an eye sore or noticeable. In fact, I don't even notice it now at all when I open the door.With such a large gap under my door, these have proven to be really useful and a good purchase. Helps keep the AC/Heat in, while also prevent bugs from getting in.

I bought this for my hallway door because my kitten loves to stick his hand under the door and play with the stopper, loudly, while I'm trying to sleep. I was so happy to receive this item, I installed it last night and he can now no longer reach under the door and wake me up. I'm hoping he can't get this off the door but we will see.

Ended up having to throw it out completely. Wiped the door down, measured and cut the sweep to size, and placed it on the door. Within a week, it had peeled off the door. Added another adhesive and still would not stay on the door. Went to home depot and got a much better door sweep with an aluminium adhesive section. Waste of money, time, and effort.

Works as instructed, easy to install, good quality. Did need to air out for a day as the plastic smell was strong right out of the package.

No idea how long it will last but the draft for my door is drastically better. Definitely is working.

Bought this to keep insects out of our front foyer from the adjacent garage. Worked well.
