A little better than Dollar store Quality but not much, kids don’t care ,
Great for cheap kid entertainment, light a birthday or watching Starwars movies. Definitely will break or be good willed in like a month of owning them. My wife didn’t like them because she needed a nicer set for baby pictures.

Good for cheap!
Hey, I was just really broke and wanted to make my son not depressed anymore.. he's happy and I'm happy! they seem pretty damn sturdy! Any light saber that you wack hard together is going to break fast depending on how hard but.. I tell my son, hit, but don't hit too hard! They seem very well made 🤷‍♀️ both work. Better than the $3 ones from walmart for sure! The pics seemed to show them not lit up very well but ours were lit up pretty good! Maybe it was just light from them taking pics in the daylight and the picture made it lighter too? Idk.. but ours are good. With music, lights, sounds and color changing buttons and two of them for this cheap!.. these rock. I'll change my review if they break fast. It's only been a day but we had a good long battle! Lol oh, it doesn't come with batteries. It takes 3 AAAs. And you need a tiny screwdriver for the battery compartment screw! Teeny tiny. My only complaint was them not making a battery compartment lid that clicked in! It's kind of a pain in the butt.. lol but oh well he's happy :)

My kid loves it
It’s cool, it changes colors, but it only took a few hours of walking around to wear the battery down, it would be better if it either played different Star Wars themes, or if you could turn off the music, the same 1 chorus line got really annoying for an adult. From a durability standpoint, my kid dropped 1 of them while playing 1 time and stepped on it…it is now all bent up, so you can imagine it doesn’t open and close correctly. Having said that, it still works, it still lights up, changes colors when you prompt it to, still plays music, and I can make it open and close. I think that speaks to its durability pretty well. I do think that considering it takes batteries vs being chargeable, and is stuck with just 1 partial song that plays over and over that the price was too high. However, like I said before, my kid loves it. It is also worth mentioning that since it comes as a 2 pack that can be made into 1, it is the same price as they charge for them in the regular stores…which I also think cost too much.

Just OK
Ok for the price. Not very sturdy. They didn’t last but a few days with my boys 4 & 5. They connect together, have sound effects, and change colors.

A little smaller than expected
The light up feature is cool little brothers will love it, they were a little smaller than expected but otherwise pretty good.

Many fewer features than advertised!
The description is misleading but given the price it's ok. Light sabers are very dim. Three colors not then seven that the description states. Sounds are not motion activated; cycling through the colors you can get the different colors with or without sound but the sound is just a repeating track and in no way motion activated.Given the price I probably shouldn't have expected it to do everything that it claimed but was still disappointed.

Sturdy!
My boys got these for Christmas and they love them! They are much more sturdy than ones that they have had in the past. They can use them separately or put them both together to make one. Really cool!
