I bought this to grind beans for my mocha pot and it’s a solid little unit! Fits enough coffee to fill up the mocha pot for a few cups of espresso. The burr is solid steel and has no trouble grinding my beans.The settings on it take a little getting used to, but it’s pretty simple to click the dial on the bottom and select the grain size - the higher the number the more finely ground (I.e. for espresso), although you can rotate it past 0, which continues to be finer. To make sure you have a consistent grain, I recommend tightening clockwise all the way and then selecting backwards to get coarser grain.When taking apart to clean (which doesn’t seem necessary very often), make sure you keep track of all the pieces and their locations because it can be a bit confusing to put back together (see picture for pieces in order).Overall, it’s a sturdy grinder and I highly recommend it.

It isn't quite as solid as I thought it would be, but the price was really good for a hand grinder. I'm pretty happy with it so far, but I've only had it a few days.

This grinder does a great job with the adjustment for different grind size. It is compact but it holds more than enough coffee for a french press. I am going to get rid of the spinning blade grinder that I have.

I tried to follow the instructions to get a coarse grind and the unit exploded in my hands. Took 45 minutes to get the %#$#% thing reassembled...

Excellent manual coffee grinder, easy to use and transport, it does its job very efficiently in a very short time and you can obtain an adequate grind for a magnificent espresso coffee

Really liked this grinder. Easy to operate and you can pretty much adjust to whatever level of grind you want - from super fine to very coarse. Is great as a travel option with a nice bag to hold everything (since I usually find most hotel coffee to be not so great).

I bought this as a gift for a friend and they commented on how well it worked and how much better it was than their last one. It looks sleek and feels well made too. Based on their feedback, I'll probably be buying one for myself.

Broke my last grinder so I tried this one out. Grinds smoothly and feels solid. So glad I replaced my last one, you know when you are gonna loose power and need a way to still make coffee!
