I swear by these. I purchased 4 bottles. Lost 30 pounds with it and exercise. I started in August and continue to use it. I use it now for weight management. It has decreased by overall appetite and my portions have become smaller as well as my self control, because right after you see results it makes you still want to be good. I never feel like I'm starved or lacking energy. The only con in this product was that my urine would turn green sometimes and it would smell exactly like the capsule you're consuming. EDIT: So this stuff will work to make you less hungry but I think it’s because I felt more nauseous and had to stop after a week. I just felt the after taste for a long time and we all know what apple cider vinegar tastes like. I weigh 230.4lb and am 5ft 9in. The pills are a decent size but easy to swallow with water. The container says to drink 8 glasses of water a day and take 2-3 pills an hour before a large meal. I used to take a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning and let me tell you this is a million times better!! If you've ever tasted apple cider vinegar you know why lol! I love that this product is completely pure and I feel like it really helps keep my blood sugar and cholesterol more balanced. Plus my skin looks fantastic and I'm losing weight so what is there to really lose here? Besides fat lol. I also noticed I don't have as much acid reflux after eating throughout the day.

I don't use for weight loss but I started using them because of stomach issues and drinking apple cider vinegar is not pleasant. I have been taking these for quite some time and had been buying in the drug store which is more expensive. These help my stomach a great deal so I will continue to use them.

I didn't like the pills were huge not coated and very difficult to swallow 3 let alone swallow three twice a day. There are other products out there that are the same combo but smaller in size and easier to swallow.
