Dull after 4 uses
I achieved four decent haircuts from these shears until they went dull. Hair simply bends. I attempted to sharpen them, and they worked for half a haircut. They will not hold an edge. It feels like I'm using children's scissors. What a disappointment and waste of money.

Great hair cuts
I moved up from drugstore hair scissors to these and I will never go back. The hair cuts I gave my fam look 100% professional. Before pandemic I never cut hair but learned that if you have a tight schedule and multiple family members that just need a quick trim a home cut is way less time consuming than driving to salon, and cheaper. These shears were so good I was able to give my daughter gorgeous long layers.

Invest in better shears unless these are for beauty school
These get really dull. They are ok for beauty school but they get loose and dull really quick and they aren't comfortable at all. Buy Shark Fin shears instead they are way more comfortable and they don't get dull quick. Invest a few hundred into your shears and they can last up to a decade. These lasted me like a month before being dull

Comfortable
Nice and light, comfortable thumb grips, true to size, relatively sharp. Tougher to adjust, your going to need a screw driver but all and all for the price they are worth it

Student friendly
I bought these shears when the ones in my school kit started to dull out and they are wonderful. Idk what expensive shears cut like, but these cut better than the ones in my kit.

Great scissors, but for small hands
With all the shutdowns, haircuts have become DIY. My son who is a barber sent me the link for these scissors. They fit my small woman hand fine, but my husband can barely get a finger through and his thumb won't fit. They are sharp and cut hair really well.

Swell
Ordered these because my shears were lost during a move- however, I don’t do many cuts and usually stick with color. But these are Excellent, really. Just as good for quality as the shears they provided me with at Douglas J (which were supposedly super high end, but doubtful). Definitely recommend for keeping around the house or amateurs. Or even professional stylists who aren’t super frequent shear users.

Light weight
I feel like they miss cut here and there. I also haven’t adjusted the screw either. So that could be the issue also
