These are not child size hats, but you can adjust the size to make them smaller. I purchased 2 for my 3yr old twins who are obsessed with rubber ducks. They love the hats, and they are adorable in person. We will order more in the future if this duck obsession continues.

We bought these hats for our Halloween costumes and they were perfect. (We were a duck family.) The feather were not glued on great so lost a few. Otherwise they fit us just fine.

No feathers on this hat--but since I had read the reviews I didn't expect them. Very cute hat I'm giving to my uncle as a gag gift. It's perfect!!
