Fits perfect and feels like a cloud.
If you have a normal foot arch and you order the right size, it will fit in your shoe perfectly and will feel amazing. I slipped it in my new pair of size 8 men's Keen Flint II work shoes and there was no cutting required for it to completely fill the shoe with no overlap. I also took out the stock inserts and put them in my old pair of Adidas Ultraboost size 9 running shoes and they just fit right in no problem. My foot still feels like it has plenty of space height wise too, so I am very impressed with these insoles to say the least, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, easy to use insert.

Got these for more support
Summary: I have had Keen or Timberland Pro boots for the past 12 years. Previously tried the Timberland inserts, so thought I would go the Keen route this time. I wear them all day for work (industrial environment). Most days, I walk or stand for more than half the day, so my inserts get a good amount of wear (the black/orange ones in the pictures are the old ones).Recommendations:Trimming the inserts will be the key to getting a good fit. Too large (not enough removed) and the insert might not sit flat. These are size 8.5 to 10, and I am a 8.5. I put them in without cutting any, but could not get them to sit flat as they were too long (expected). Next I cut them to 9.0, then tried again. It does take a little bit of work and patience to get them in, but once fitted, they fit perfectly. I would say cut less, because cutting too much could lead to the insert moving around.Observations:After walking around them for a day, they are firmer than the ones I took out, and they are also slightly thinner, because I had to lace up my shoes tighter. Good, firm support (not mushy).Pros:Good fit & finish. Size cut-marks are labeled; so getting a good fit, while a trial and error process, is easily attainable.Cons:At $50, these are on the higher end for inserts. Conclusion:First few days have been comfortable, but it usually takes a few weeks to get a good feel. I will update this review in a few months.

I have tried so many insoles searching for something comfortable!
I have tried so many insoles searching for something comfortable! These are the best ones that I have found! They cradle my foot in just the right way. They are expensive but worth every penny!I work on concrete floors for 8 to 16 hours a day.I wear size 6 woman's Keen steel toe work shoes and ordered the small men's 6 1/2-8, medium arch and had to carefully cut them down to my size, using the insoles that came in my keens as a pattern. I left them a little wider across the toe area. The best part for me is the heel cap, "Anatomical fit heel cap..."
