Faster paced than the first book
Triana is being sent dirtside for the remedial training course and Kara is also going along to upgrade her training as a beautician. Triana's having a hard time keeping up with Kara's party lifestyle and making some new friends in the process. The down side are some protesters recruiting among the college students and when one gets really pushy she has to warn him off. Her mother asks her to check on their hotel nearby and she finds it commandeered by the protest group and a large amount of explosives stored in one of the suites. A surprise awaits when she finds she knows one of the key players, one who can access the secure systems to the safe room and knows her true identity. A narrow escape from the safe room sees her and Kara free but their adventures don't end there as Triana becomes a prime hostage target. There's some very narrow misses as the group tries to acquire their targets, and a few surprises for Triana before it's all done. It's an engaging and worthy sequel to the first book, once again it's going on 5 am as I wrap up this review and load up the next installment!

So good!
After what happened in the last book, Triana must go dirtside to complete some training for her job on the planet Kaku. I loved exploring the space station in The Vacuum of Space, but it was nice getting to explore a planet in this book.In the last book we found out that Triana Moore is actually Annabelle Morgan, daughter of one of the very important people who run SK2. That was some very surprising, but very interesting news. The reason why I mention this is because a good chunk of this book takes place inside the Morgan house on Kaku. And this house is opulent as hell. Lol. One thing I love about Triana is how humble she is, and how unlike her entitled counterparts she is. There is a reason why she “ran away” from home and changed her name. She hated all the political stuff and she just wanted to live her life.Anyway, back to the house. Some sketchy people have taken over her childhood home and Triana is, of course, sucked into another dangerous situation. My favorite part of the book was everything that happened inside the house because it was just so tense! Getting into the house and sneaking around, the house going into lockdown, then them trying to escape... It was SO good! The escape in particular was very engaging! It was just cool and intricate and I don't think I blinked once! Lol.On this little expedition to save her home, Triana is assisted by Vanti, who is Ty’s partner. It was so nice to finally see her in the main series after getting a little bit of her in a prequel story. We also got Ty, of course. I kinda loved that Triana was the one to rescue Ty a couple of times. Saving a dude in distress is always fun for me. Lol. And I just love Ty! He is just so charming and sweet and very nice to look at, according to Triana 😏 I love the flirting and the teasing—there was one scene involving a towel that nearly sent Triana into cardiac arrest and I loved every minute of it! 😆And I really enjoyed this book in general. I loved the characters—Triana is so down to Earth and smart and really handy with her tech abilities. I loved getting to know Vanti, whose alternate identity was very surprising. The mystery surrounding the infiltration of Triana’s home was intriguing and I was very surprised by that betrayal. The climax in this book was hilarious! The way they were saved was beautiful and I could not stop laughing! This book was just a lot of fun and I loved all the sass throughout it. The book had some pretty good action and I loved the slow burn romance. But like I mentioned it the last book, I could’ve used more of it 😏

Space Janitor.
Another winner! These are fun reads and I will try not to wait as long to read the next one. Might actually pay for one though I do tend to go with freebies.

man!
The foreshadowing doesn’t help you unravel the mystery. I love that! You don’t see some of this coming and it only leaves you with more questions. Such an epic series! So good!

Mediocre follow-up
The first in the series was a bit clever, and our 'space janitor' was in her element....the station and it's ducts. In this installment, our heroine is planetside, engaged in a plot of a galactic consequence. Non-stop actionbut of the graphic novel type. The story and character and story seems more oriented towards teensthan adult readers. I won't be picking up the third in the series.

Really between a 3.5 and a 4.0 so I rounded up.
Story line was had some problems. Why do strange things occur when Vanti is around? Why does Jarra hate “Dame Ice” so much? He did try to explain it but it didn’t quite make sense. We are finding out that the janitor has mad skills but little or no confidence in herself. She saves everyone’s lives many times.

Good continuation of book one, dirtside on the planet below
I am really enjoying this space janitor series. While this second book had very little to do with her janitorial duties, it was an exciting read. The story takes place “dirtside”, on the planet below the space station where book one took place. It’s a fast paced yarn with twists and turns and lots of action. The characters we l armed about in book one are all back plus a new one who may or may not be a double agent. It’s a good read. I highly recommend it. I’m looking forward to more of the series.

Quirky and Comedic Sci-fi Spy Thriller
Love the humor. The plot is fast paced and the main character is relatable and yet competent. A very enjoyable read - will definitely continue reading the series.

Another really good one!
You would not believe what our favourite space janitor has gotten herself into now. Since anything told about the plot seems like a spoiler to me, I would just like to say: fabously interesting plot, lots of action and so very well written. Enjoyed reading this very, very much.

Awesome
Book two in this fun series doesn't disappoint it's just as much fun as book one when one of the maintenance bots finds a body what's a girl to do? Easy find out who killed him. Great fun well written with amazing characters, Baz.

Not a janitor . Not in space
The hero is an oligarchs child. She doesn't do anything to do with cleaning. It's all about her rich girl life, the handsome servants & convenient - contrived villains.Ie - she had a hobby job as a janitor in book one. But there is no depth to the character here, there is no follow through on her dislike of an in unfair capitalist system or thought about it - even though the aim of the villains in this book is to take down that system. There is very little world building or coherence. it's also not a comedy.
