THIS 2-PACK OF GREEN, HARD-BRISTLED DANDY BRUSHES sit on an oval base, and are great for removing the dirt, hair and other material stirred up by your curry comb. These brushes are ideal for using in the direction of your equine's coat, in short strokes from front to back, except at the flanks, where the hair grows in a different direction. Large enough to be used near near the legs, and durable enough to do double-duty as a water brush for moistening and wetting down your equine's coat, mane or tail. Not meant to be used on or around the head, as horses typically don’t like being brushed on the head with a dandy brush, and usually find it painfully uncomfortable. The bristles are adequately firm and thick,and the brush is well made.
These brushes are very small, about 1/3rd the size of what we are used to. I prefer the more standard size.
