Not for fat bottomed girls like me
4* for the product, 2* for the fit on me. It stays up well but creates a muffin top of thigh that quickly gets uncomfortable. The fabric irritates my leg that is recovering from total knee replacement.

Excellent choice For my situation
After knee surgery these provide the support and encapsulate the leg to give protection and security. They are easier to put on than previous products and durable. They wash and dry well. I was surprised they were not irritating at thigh high. I can see their value by providing extra support for some activities,

Great fit
Definitely 10-stars if possible! I have tried several products this one fits the best and can wear all day long doesn’t roll. I have extremely large thickness from calf to thigh area. Highly recommend. Great price is a bonus!!

Admirably fine quality, helped to control swelling after total knee replacement surgery.
What I liked most about this product is itWorked as advertised. After total knee replacement surgery you will have to find a way to control swelling for quite a while. Those flimsy white panty hose style will not work for an extended period of time, they will work fine for the first five or six weeks of recovery while your knee is still bandaged and sore. After that you will grow weary of the way they constantly roll down into a tight band around your thigh and cut off your circulation and if you move around while sleeping like mostly everybody else on the planet they will definitely NOT stay in place and you can forget about wearing them under your clothes and going for a walk or back to work and moving around all day. This product will more than likely solve all your problems. It did for me. It comfortably provides firm support and compression to help control swelling, it stayed in place all day, I'm a construction worker so I'm on my feet and I move around quite a bit during the course of my day. The rubber band around the thigh will roll down SLIGHTLY and I mean very little compared to several other compression stockings I've tried. Over all it was totally acceptable. If you have lots of swelling the band at the bottom of the leg will squeeze a ring around the area near your ankle, once again not a deal breaker because if you're like me a normal pair of socks will squeeze my leg and leave an impression. They are tight but isn't that the whole point of buying compression stockings? Be sure and use the size chart and pay attention I believe it's in centimeters not inches. Otherwise you will pick the wrong size. Buy it it's worth it. Good luck with your recovery.

The best
I bought them because my ortho recommended them for the post-op. I absolutely love them. I feel so much stability and support wearing them that I feel confident enough to walk and do my PT. They are also great to improve the circulation and avoid blood cloths. I highly recommend this product. (Not to good when the weather is too hot!)

Great alternative to leggings
I bought these to run in when the weather turns cooler and they work great for this. I wore them with just shorts for my bottom layering, no other concession to the 25ish F temps other than shin-high socks. Of course, I wore a long sleeve top and gloves, a buff, and a cap. I did run with this set up for 2 runs in temps in the mid to lower 20's with winds of 5 mph or less. I was comfortable and my legs didn't feel overly cold; other parts of my body (hands, glutes) got cold, but not my legs. The compression wasn't so bad that it was uncomfortable. I did have one sleeve slip down but a quick adjustment and reseating of the silicone lining corrected that problem and didn't have any more problems like that for 12 miles total of running. I'm 5'9", 180lbs, and bought the XL size because of bigger thigh muscles from running. These fit great and I'm glad I spent the money to buy them, they appear sturdy and well made. The fit is good lengthwise, they go from my crotch to my ankles and don't ride up from the ankles. I'm very satisfied with them, be sure to order two if you want a pair as they only come 1 piece per order.

Comfortable full length sleeve
Been wearing everyday from morning till night. I forget it's there. It has greatly reduced swelling in my leg and provides good stability for my knee for walking. However, I did get a calf to mid thigh athletic sleeve that is geared specifically for knee support for more physical chores such as pushing the lawnmower around. But this full sleeve is my daily go to and swap it out for activities that need a bit more knee support.Update: Ordered more. The black ones have a double row of silicone on the top band and stay put well. The gray ones have a different top band with a single wavy silicone band that does not stay as well. I find myself needing to pull that one back up into place a lot.

Compression for swelling reduction (ACL post op)
4 weeks post op of an ACL reconstruction I just couldn't get all the swelling to go away no matter the elevation of my leg. I had lingering swelling in my shin and around the knee. Use of an ACE bandage helped, but it was uneven in compression and the swelling would just move to other areas. After wearing for 7 hours before PT, I saw and felt a good amount of swelling dissipate and noticed improvement in range of motion and strength/ muscle activation. Now after wearing overnight and most of the next day, the swelling in my shin is gone and nearly gone around my knee. (Local to incision sights around knee cap)I am quite pleased with the length, compression, and upper cuff. At 6'2" this runs from about 2 or 3 inches above my ankle to mid/ upper thigh. The upper cuff hold swell and is not constricting. The compression feels equal around the entire length of the sleeve.

I bought two of these for MTB. My knees ...
I bought two of these for MTB. My knees no longer hurt and i can cycle for longer, they also provide protection form both pedal rash and also stop the straps from my shin/knee pads from digging in.

Good medium compression
I’ve unfortunately got varicose veins on one leg. I can’t bear wearing support stockings with socks. This stops my legs aching when I run. It stays up well and doesn’t pinch

Great while it stays put but...
Unfortunately, the top just rolls down your thigh, despite the grip strip, and you end up with an annoying saggy stocking on!Fine to use while resting, but not o the move.
