Stones are nice. Replace the wires.
The drops looked fine once I switched out the wires. I kept them because I needed a pair with a silver "jacket" around the stones to go with a necklace. These are made with the weird cheap wires that have the catch in the back at the bottom (and the wires are strangely long relative to the size of the stones.) If you replace the cheap wires they look fine.
