The charging cables charge properly and seem like good quality, however, they don't have the small hole on the back that allows you to reset your fitbit tracker. I'll keep them for charging, but I have purchased an original charger because my tracker needs to be reset.

I was so happy to find a replacement for the charger I lost. Works great!

I bought this at the beginning of Sept because the charger for my fit bit didnt appear to work anymore. When I got these chargers, I noticed that they didn't have the reset hole in the back like the actual chargers do - I should have looked into that more. Regardless, it didn't work either way. I thought maybe my fit bit just died and didn't work anymore, so I bought a replacement tracker. It was when I received the new tracker that I realized it was likely the charger, so I ordered a new one that is a actually made for the fit tracker, and had the reset hole. It charged right up and is working again. While trying to figure all of this out, the window of time to return it lapsed. It's not a lot of money, but still I am not able to use it and I can't return it now. I do not recommend this product unfortunately.
