Awesome TUOHUN Customer service support team! There was an issue with the first product Amazon sent and TUOHUN Customer service went above and beyond and provided me with the best resolution.This product is great. I like that for the three modes, you are able to adjust the pressure strength via the app. However, you can use the product without the app. The app does make using this product so much more enjoyable. You'll need the app to view the flosser's camera. I'm impressed that the camera is so useful. You're able to see food stuck in between your teeth that the normal toothbrush isnt able to dislodge.It comes with a carry bag, 3 nozzles, manual, and USB A-C cable.Btw, the flosser nozzles are really small so don't drop them or you may loose them.I'm really happy with this product so far and I hope it lasts me a long timeThank you TUOHUN! -Rochelle :)

The media could not be loaded.  This product has so much potential to be great, it worked well for a few days then started to get stuck/ water won't come as strong as before. I fully charged it but it doesn't solve the problem, I'm returning this product.

I recently purchase this cordless water flosser and while it does a good job at cleaning teath, I have found that it is not very travel friendly. The device is a bit heavy and bulky, making it difficult to pack in a suitcase or carry-on bag.

The media could not be loaded.  This water flosser is so cool, has 3 modes and 3 nozzles is good for beginner, people with sensitive teeth, daily users, and also for the ones that have braces.The flosser is great to use when traveling, is rechargeable comes with a USB cable and a dust bag included.You can make the experience better, see your progress on your phone, has an LED light, telescoping water tank and is very gentle. Great item recommended.

This item is a great example of technology that you didn’t know you need. Very cool to be able to see up close inside your mouth, that was the reason I bought it, but the pressure of the water jet is really strong, on it’s lowest setting it is far more powerful than the 10 year old WaterPik that I use. Having that sort of pressure in a portable water flosser is really amazing, but it is far too powerful for me. It is a bit awkward to use at first, the water chamber needs to be pulled up and into it’s full size position, this reveals the wifi/power button and the mode button, and the display lights are in between - long press to activate the WiFi, download the app, and connect your device to the flosser - very simple to do - then fill the tank with water, and extend the flosser wand up from the top, and you are ready to blast the muck off your mouth and teeth. Done forget to tap the record button in the app if you want a replay of your work, or just use it as a way to see what you missed. When you’re done, the self sanitizing tip slides back down into the device, any remaining water will come out, slide the device back down into itself and snap on the lid and it’s ready to go wherever you go.I would love this product if the water jet pressure was able to be adjusted to a lower level than what is provided. The three settings are very good, I was impressed with how well it worked, but it isn’t perfect, so keep that in mind. Otherwise it’s a great product.

I have been using water flosser for many years, and I have never seen such an innovative product. To be honest, I thought the quality was poor when I saw it at such a low price at first, but when I got it, I was very impressed. Everything was very delicate and practical. Every time I use it, I can clearly see the condition of the back of the teeth through the APP live video, which is impossible for other water flossers, and also saves the expensive cost of dental examination.It is a 2-in-1 design which has two ways to use it. One is regular, just like other water flossers. The second is visual. You only need to 1. Pull out the nozzle and then pull the water tank to the usage line (a gray line on the body) and fill water. 2. Link WIFI. 3. Open the APP link device (how to download the APP can be found in the manual). 4. Select the mode (the water pressure of each mode can also be adjusted through APP), start it, and enjoy.It's that easy.Very happy, thank you!
