Blue 1745 Blackout Yeti + Mo-Fi Ninjas in Pyjamas Ultimate Pro Streamer Bundle

I haven't used the microphone much, nor have I ever owned a decent microphone before, so I haven't really formed a proper opinion of it yet. I will say that it captures sound way better than typical headset microphones.The headphones sound great. Most of the time I just use them in normal headphone mode - meaning I don't turn on the built in amp. I just plug them in and use them normally. If I have them on, listening to music at even a relatively low volume, I won't be able to hear someone next to me speaking. That can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preference. Turning on the built-in amplifier seems to add a little clarity to gaming. Not sure how to explain it, but background/ambient sounds seem more prominent. While streaming music, turning the amp on just seems to make the music a little louder. I don't have an incredibly well trained ear for that sort of thing, but a person in a studio/professional environment might be able to.The only gripe I have with the headphones - and this is a big one for me - they become super uncomfortable after wearing them for even a short amount of time. It doesn't make my ears sore or anything. The headphones are a bit on the heavy side, and the padding that rests on top of your head feels insufficient. I've spent a decent amount of time trying to adjust them to make them more comfortable, but I haven't managed. I'd imagine they could easily be modified to make them more comfortable, but I have other headphones that are better for prolonged use, so I'll use those instead most of the time.

So where do I start, I come from an Audio Technica AT-2100, which I have gone back to, but my gf uses the yeti mic and likes it, while I used it it was alright but picked up way too much noise, and if its sold as a streamer mic, Im sure the one thing you dont want from a mic is to pick up your neighbors dog barking (which this mic does (a lot)). Another bad thing about the mic is that its huge and heavy, mounting this thing is super difficult and you can definitely hear it in the recording if you do unfortunately.The headphones, man the sound quality of these headphones is amazing, dont get me wrong Im not an audiophile but I have plenty of headphones and I've had over the years but the amp on this one is so fun to listen to, but not all things are good, and for long periods of time these certainly arent. These headphones will clamp your head like two 600 pound bricks, these things hurt after 2 hours of use its unbearable, and yes Im aware of the tension knob on top, it does not do much trust me, if you have a tiny head youll be fine, but if you have an average to big sized head, you are gonna have a bad time with these and trust me, after a year of use constantly they havent "loosened up".Overall, this deal is really good and so are the products if you bypass the cons, hope my review helped!

It saddens me to only give a 3 star rating for these headphones. The sound quality is truly well beyond their price. The bass is rich without being overly boomy, midrange is perfectly clear, and the highs are crisp and clean without being uncomfortable. However, speaking of comfort, this is where these cans lose 2 stars. I have a fairly large head to be sure, I wear an XL motorcycle helmet and that's fairly snug on me, but never in my life have I worn a pair of headphones that clamp my head as tightly as these do. Was Blue expecting them to be used mostly during hurricanes? or maybe while skydiving? I always have the tension wheel set at the very minimum tension however after a half hour or so my head needs a break. Not so much my ears, as the headphone cups are roomy enough to avoid smashing my ears, but my skull gets squished my the powerful spring built these cans. I wish there was a way to reduce the pressure but the tension wheel seems to have very little effect. The Yeti Microphone on the other hand has been incredible. By far the best sounding microphone to ever grace my desk.

Blindly bought it on a deal I couldn't resist, listened for couple of days and found out that it's not what I need. These are GREAT headphones by all means. However, they work without any extra expensive equipment I already have, such as DAC (digital-to-analog-converter), ODAC (the same but with word "Objective"), Amp(lifier). These are for people who like closed headphones (as opposed to open), and also for people who always think that they need a sub-woofer. If you listen to classics and strings exclusively - these are not for you. Consider Sennheiser HD 650 or 600 instead. So they won't work with DAC. They have their own AMP you can't go without. I think it's a very affordable Ferrari for for younger (12-35) audience. They WILL make any 3.5 mm jack input (such as iPhone, Android, your computer) sounds the best you ever heard, no extra expensive stuff needed.Edit: they _wil_l work with DAC and you can turn off its own Amp. However, you will always want to bypass DAC and use its own Amp.

As expected, the Blue Yeti is just awesome. Clear and clean audio with enough settings to fiddle with too make me happy. The problem is the headphones. As far as the sound goes, the on+ setting produces sound that is better than anything else I have(not much. Status Audio CB-1 is the best I have). But the are just too tight for my head. Even at its lowest setting I can't have it on longer than about an hour before getting a headache. I got this bundle on sale though so I'm only knocking 1 star off rather than 2.

Awesome microphone and amazing headset. The top part of my headset came off. There are plastic supports that hold the adjustment wheel in and the supports broke. I'm hard on my things though.

Best purchase I had. The mic is awesome. However the headphones are slightly uncomfortable to wear more than 20 minutes at a time. They are on the heavy side as well.

Pros: Great sound quality, made from great quality materials, picks up EVERYTHING and sounds very crisp and clear.Cons: Picks up EVERYTHING, if a TV is on it is heard in the mic.I would recommend this for anyone that doesn't have a lot of noise, such as kids or roommates sharing the same room)

The mic was amazing, however the headset was uncomfortable, heavy, and frankly, for a gamer I can't imagine using it for more than 2-3hrs at a time.

Easily best bundle ever... Headphones and Mic are awesome on they're own at the price quoted. Absolute steal! Headphones are dynamic and good sounding, added amp does wonders, Mic is the best in class. Can't recommend enough!

Articolo comprato a 199 euro, arrivato dopo 6 giorni lavorativi in condizioni davvero pietose, come vedete dalle immagini il pacco é praticamente tutto rotto e strappato, forse già anche stato aperto, il microfono non funzionante con chiari segni di botte e graffi, forse dovuti alla spedizione o forse perché il perché il prodotto é già stato usato, cuffie diffettate collegandolo a qualsiasi device il padiglione destro scoppietta e non si riesce a fermarlo fino a che non si scollega dal device, ancora una volta non so se incolpare Amazon, o la spedizione ma una cosa é certa, questo bundle di cuffie mi ha deluso

A questo prezzo non si potrebbe trovare di meglio. I due prodotti sono davvero al top. Cuffie super e davvero funzionali. Microfono di una qualità audio davvero elevata. Consiglio l'acquisto di questo bundle a tutti.
