Check item befor packaging
I have use this product for while now and until now am satisfy. But when the package arrived it was slightly opened and spilled quite a bit đ. It could have been packed better...

Smells awful
I thought after reading other reviews I would like this product, even though it was very expensive.First the top cap seemed to be glues to the pump and we had to cut half the cap off leaving the pump in not so great condition. Then when I used this the smell was awful. And I gave it 3 tries before sending this review.

Excellent shampoo
Very impressed with this shampoo. My frizz prone hair is healthier looking after first use! Using the balancing conditioner too which is also excellent.
