As a person with back issues and a household of 4 including 2 teenager who are heavily into sports, someone is always looking for an ice pack or heating pad. This product is great! Warms up quick in the microwave or toss in the freezer... so easy to use! Why order a couple? So you can use them however you want, whenever you want. I know I will be buying a couple extra now that I've tried it so I can leave 2 in the freezer at all times but have 1-2 on the shelf to microwave if I'm looking for some heat relief! Love that it comes with a Velcro strap to arrange the pack right where you need it - curve of the neck, shoulder, lower back. Very easy to move.

I haven't used it for Hot, but I have thrown it in the freezer and it gets cold quickly and the straps work well to keep the ice pack exactly where you need it.

I had a breast reduction and this ice pack is the perfect size to cover my breasts. It also works really well as a heating pad. I have Lupus so I am in a great deal of pain all the time. It's great because it can go from the freezer to the microwave

I purchased thi particular cold pack for my migraine because it was less expensive than those specifically for migraine. I like that it's large and flexible to put where ever I need it. I also like that it is designed for your body so my husband can use for his knees and ankles. Happy I bought this because it is multi use and a great price.

This pack definitely needs a cover, I made one out of small towel and safety pins. I bought because of strap, but is heavy and kind of uncomfortable. It works okay for strapping to shoulder and across back, but could not imagine strapping to an ankle and walking, too heavy! I haven’t used warm so can’t comment on that, only frozen. Stays cold about 15 minutes, which is recommended time for ice on body.

I thought the straps were removable but they aren't. I just cut them off. I use it for icing down my knee after a replacement surgery. It is long enough to cover the top and both sides. It really helps.

Used for ice pack after physical therapy, worked well but didn't bend as easily around my foot as I would have like, this is because it was so cold and frozen which is a good thing but is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. Great overall. Have used it a few times for heat as well, works good for that too.

I have degenerative spine issues and keep ice packs circulating in and out of my freezer all the live long day. I've tried several different ones and this one is my favourite so I ended up ordering another one. They stay cold longer than any of the other ones I have, and I love that you can just strap it on the lumbar area or wherever and go about your day.
