Crazy useful
I love L brackets, but sometimes they get stupid expensive. This one does not. It is versatile and sturdy and affordable. I would definitely purchase this again, and probably will as I have lots of cameras.

DPL-09 with Canon 90D
Well-made, but as a "universal" bracket, it's not a perfect fit on the 90D. When installed with the bracket parallel to the camera, it partially blocks access to accessory jacks on the left side of the camera and slightly limits rotation of the LCD screen. Rotating the bracket on the base of the camera is an easy fix for both situations. See photos showing a right angle plug for a remote shutter switch installed. You can slide the bracket on the camera base so the short side of the bracket is farther away from the camera. This will give you more room to access the accessory ports. Make these adjustments before you mount the bracket to the tripod head. Solid low budget option.
It's worked well so far, only thing to note is that you really need to tighten down the bottom screw onto the camera, otherwise it'll come undone.

Great buy
Fits my Canon 5DSR as I had hoped and mounts well to my tripod bracket. Very happy with both of these purchases, price was a great value.

I bought this to use with my Nikon D7500 and it fits well and strong and sturdy.

Very well made L bracket.
The construction of this L bracket is very solid. My issue is that when using in portrait mode the camera left side was not accessible for use. I have Nikon D 780 and their is restrictions how I can use wireless remote shutter release. I was not ready to pay $150.00 from another supplier. Less then $20.00 I will use L bracket only when using the camera in portrait mode. 👍👍👍

Great quality and doesn’t slide once tightened.
I have both this style and the fitted L brackets. I think I actually prefer these generic L brackets because you can slide them further away from the port side and use it has a grab handle..Rubber is also pretty grippy and haven’t found camera rotates in vertical position ( since it doesn’t have anti rotate flanges )
