I see that some people on reviews say this coffee tastes burned. UH, it's dark roasted and strong. For real coffee lovers like me, I love this coffee. It's great. I make it in a drip coffee maker sometimes but love it most in a French Press coffee maker. I spoil myself by making my own whipped cream at home with a little 10X powdered sugar and a few drops of real vanilla flavoring. It makes for a joyful morning and day:)

This coffee isn't bad, but, honestly, I expected more. We find it to be ok but not great. We definitely prefer our usual coffee, Community Coffee Breakfast Blend which we love for its rich, mellow flavor. We also enjoy the more robust flavor of the same company's med-dark roast House Blend.Hoping to find a good hazelnut coffee and a new favorite, I bought the SF Bay Coffee, but we were both quite disappointed. The SFBay coffee lacked depth of coffee flavor and the hazelnut flavor was barely detectable. I tried using a stronger brew, but that only accentuated the apparent artificial nature of the hazelnut. I definitely won't buy again.I might add that needing to buy 2 lbs to even try the coffee takes a lot of faith. If it were possible to buy smaller bags, I might still be willing to try another blend, but I don't care to risk having to slog through another 2 lbs of meh coffee.

Wow. I had to stop what I was doing just to leave a review for this. So rich, so much flavor, so smooth. I have zero complaints and will be getting this again. Keep in mind, I do use a little creamer, but I’m comparing it to other coffees with creamer.

I searched online and noticed this San Francisco Bay company made decaf coffee. I viewed this company's profile and how they processed the coffee and decided to try it. I was skeptical of this since it has a unique process to decaf and a higher price than other brands. I decided to give it a try and see how it is. It turned out I like it and the money is truly worth it. The flavor is as good as regular coffee. My wife likes to drink decaf, but she stopped for quite some time because of the concern of the chemical. Now she really enjoys this with me.

My preference is usually a dark roast coffee but this blend is great too! I actually prefer the whole coffee beans and grind them as needed but this coffee was grinder already! Still great coffee! I have been supporting this particular coffee company for years and I love it every time I drink it
