Bandai Hobby MG 1/100 ZZ Gundam Ver.Ka ZZ Gundam Model Kit Figure

Fantastic model that was a lot of fun to put together. I was worried that the ver ka would be more difficult than regular mgs but they aren't that more difficult. I suggest having a setter or overcoat to help keep the waterslide decals in place after placing.

Is this kit worth a buy? Before I give you my answer to that, let me tell you what this kit has to offer.Accessories:- 2 Swap-able finger hands (2 fists, 2 open, 1 trigger finger)- 2 Closed hands (Transformation)- 1 Double barrel beam rifle- 2 Huge beam sabers- 2 Huge beam saber effects- 2 Core fighters- 1 Mini Judau Ashta figure- 2 Action base connectors ( One for mobile suit, one for transformation)Next I'll look at the Pros and Cons.Pros:- Good articulation despite having transformation + being bulky- Great color separation- Silver painted parts- Relatively simple and sturdy transformationCons:- Hands have a peg instead of a ball joint- Head particle cannon and V-fin don't stay on very well (for me at least)- No place for arms to lock into during transformation as far as I can tell- A bit difficult to pose his gunOthers (minor/subjective):- Cool little landing gears in some spots- Big sheet of water slides in typical Katoki fashion- A lot of parts are undergatedNow let's get down to whether or not I can recommend it.Would a fan of Double Zeta like this? Very much, yes.Would someone who builds kits but isn't a fan of ZZ like it? Once again, very much.Would someone who doesn't build kits like this? Maybe. It's a pretty difficult and unorthodox build.Lastly, is this kit worth your money? To that I'd have to say yes. The build was very fun and refreshing and the transformation is satisfying, the colors are very pleasant, and it really pops compared to other kits.

This was a gift for my son. It's exactly what he wanted. Good service. Arrived well package and on time.

For the price of this thing, I was expecting something a little better. I knew it was basically just a reprint of a much older kit, but I wasn't expecting it to feel so much like an older kit. Still, the finished product looks nice, and it has waterslide decals, which I don't typically see most MG kits I build.

Il mio primo Gunpla!(Ho mani giganti quindi le dimensioni sulla foto non rendono bene)È davvero bello e massiccio, il montaggio è stato facile, ci ho messo circa 12 ore a montarlo ( prima esperienza gunpla ) e mi ha dato una grande soddisfazione.Le istruzioni sono facilissime, nonostante siano in giapponese, ci sono le immagini con cui è facile ed intuitivo capire il verso, i pezzi s'incastrano alla perfezione se tagliati dalle schede nel modo giusto, la posabilità è molto buona, le articolazioni sono di qualità, riesce a stare in piedi da solo ma se si vuole avere un minimo di controllo sulla posa è necessario prendere un Action base.L'unica pecca sono le mani che si staccano facili, ottimi i water decal.Ne ho costruiti tanti ormai e devo dire che questo ha sempre un posto speciale.

Fan du ZZ il m'apparaissait impossible de ne pas acheter ce modèle.Les finitions sont extra, le format est excellent,...Bref il est magnifique. De plus plainement transformable.J'adore. Encore un MG magnifique, merci Bandai pour ce gunpla

An excellent kit which will be a very enjoyable build experience. The transformation mechanism is not nearly as finnicky or too complex as it looks and if you follow the instructions, you'll transform this guy in about 5-7 minutes. Suprisingly, although it uses a coreblock system, it's very structuraly sound, there is a proper locking mechanism on the legs and arms to stop parts from malforming,, the core block means no waist swivel but you honestly don't need that on this guy, and the waist is capable of tilting left to right.My main issue with this kit, is the v fin, as the 2 larger fins are meant to fold down for the transformation, it does mean that they have a tendency to fall off since they are loose, gluing is a no no since they obviously have to move, it's not so much of an issue as I doubt you would be regulalrly transforming this kit anyways.Would highly recommend to those with moderate experience building master grade gundam kits rather than a beginner, due to the complexity of the build.

カトキ氏いわく、個性とは【(個性を)出すとしたら「個性を出さない個性」しかない。いたずらに個性を出すのは一番愚かだから。そんな安っぽいものは噛み殺した方がいい。それでも出てきちゃうものがあったらしょうがない】こう述べています。万人に受け入れられるコンテンツは存在しません。それでも最大公約数のユーザーへ受け入れられるであろうZZへと仕上げて来た。MG ZZ Ver.2.0待望論は根強い物がありました。何せ、旧MGのVer.1.0は今から18年前の1999年12月リリース。とても古い部類のキットになりました。ほぼ素立ち限定と言って差し支えない仕様ですし、躍動的なポージングを取らせるのは実質不可能。特に膝は殆ど曲がりませんからね。ようやく登場したVer.kaと言う名の、実質的なVer.2.0。毎度ながら、カトキ氏の妥協を一切許さないストイックなまでの仕事ぶりには感服と敬意しかありません。今回のZZも本当に素晴らしい。細部は他レビュアー様各位が既に述べて下さってますので、私からは割愛しますざっくり行きます。ZZ(MS形態)、コアファイター(コアブロック)、コアベース、Gフォートレス、全ての形態においてプロポーションを全く犠牲にする事なく両立共存出来ています。この時点で、もう凄い。そして変型が含まれるキットの大抵は、その分何かが犠牲になっていたり弊害もありがちな物ですがそれも全くない。MG ZZ Ver.kaリリースの報は、かなり早い段階から公式からソースが出ていました。何弾かに分けて、開発→完成→リリースまでの経緯や進捗度等。故にリニューアルされる新たな姿として、お目見えするZZリリースの時を楽しみにしていた方もきっと多かった事でしょう。その期待を裏切る事のない、妥協一切なしの現状望みうる最高＆完璧なZZ。無駄な物は足さず、引かない。(※ 仮に付加要素があったとしても、シルバーパーツを使用する事でメカニカル感を高める為の要素程度の物です)現状存在するZZ立体物では全モデル通して、今回のVer.kaがNo.1へと一気に踊り出たのは間違いない所です。プラモデルは完成品に非ずですが、･ゲート痕の処理は最低限きちんとやる事(※ 一応、カラプラランナーはアンダーゲート方式採用、非アンダーゲート部は別パーツで被せる形で殆どの部分は隠れる様に設計されている)･すみ入れ＆トップコート(今回のZZ Ver.kaは色分けが素晴らしいので、塗装が全く出来ない方でも大丈夫)･必要に応じて付属の水転写デカールを使用し情報量を増やす上記3つのみで、誰でも大きく迫力のある完成度の高いZZを手にする事が出来ます。ZZがお好きな方、購入を検討されている方へ。迷わず買いましょう？後悔はしません。欲しいけど、ガンプラを組んだ事がない方へ。パーツ量が多くて、 難しそう＆ハードルが高そうで手が出ませんか？物おじせず、力を抜いてお手軽に是非手に取ってみて下さい。現在のガンプラの成型技術の高さを実感出来ます。2017年にリリースされたガンプラ立体物の代表作筆頭、以降も傑作キットの一つとして間違いなく数えられ語られるでしょう。P.S.今回のMG ZZ(Ver.ka)リリースに伴い、過去にリリースされたMG Ver.kaモデルも同時に再販。期間限定で水転写メタル式デカールが付属します。勿論、このZZにも付属します。近年リリースされたVer.kaモデルはどれも素晴らしい作品ばかりです。機会があれば是非、ZZ以外のVer.kaモデルにも触れてみて欲しいです。(※ 特にシナンジュはアニメVer.がリリースされてから市場に殆どなかった為、今回のVer.kaの再販は好機。Ver.kaのデカールの方が圧倒的に格好いいのでお勧め。ユニコーンだけ再販がないのが残念ですが･･･)【追記 2017/10/11】Ver.kaモデルでは、近年作ですと主にν･サザビー･Hi-ν(別売のHWS)等を組みました。上記キット達は、内部フレームから既に幾重にも重なる様なイメージで内部から造り込んで行く要素が強かったです。今回のZZは内部フレームが決して簡素化されている訳ではありませんが、かと言って複雑でもないと思います。しかし変型機構込みにも関わらず、特有の複雑さを制作過程で全く感じなかったんですよね。それが今回、一番凄いなと思わせられた事でしたね。そして根幹の内部フレーム、それを覆う主にカラープラの装甲パーツ類達が絶妙なバランスの上に成り立っているなという感想を持ちました。全てではありませんが、カラプラ部はアンダーゲート式が採用されています。極力ゲート痕が残らない仕様です、これはガンプラを日頃から制作されている方ならアンダーゲートがどういう物かご存知でしょうが、このアンダーゲート方式のお陰で初心者さんでも完成までに時間はかかるでしょうが、取説通りにやれば、予め綺麗な出来映えになる様に設計されているキットのはずです。ガンプラ＝やってみたいけど難しそう、敷居が高そうこう考えてる方が結構多いんですよ。取説が見やすく分かりやすいプラモ類は、ガンプラ位の物であると自信を持って断言出来ます。故に箱が大きい、パーツも多そうだし難しそうで自分には無理だ自信がない等と感じてしまい手を出せず躊躇しておられる方がもし居たなら、特に私のレビューを読んで頂けたら幸いです。大丈夫です。全く心配要りません。先に述べた通り、初心者さんや殆どMG等をやった事がない方でも取説通りに落ち着いてやれば格好良く、大きく迫力のあるZZを手をする事が可能な仕様に出来ています。推奨工具は可能ならば薄刃ニッパー(推奨)、デザインナイフ、先の尖ったピンセット、必要に応じて目の粗い物～細かい紙ヤスリ類等。最低限、これだけの工具があれば素組みは問題ないはず。ガンプラマニアのみ代物、カテゴリーに留めておくには、惜しいんです。このZZをきっかけに、もしガンプラ未経験者さんがいらっしゃったなら、先入感を捨てて騙されたと思って是非トライしてみませんか？後悔はしません、品物のクオリティは保証されてます。人に勧めたくなる程の傑作キットだと思ってます、少なくとも自分は。最後に成型色、特にホワイト部について。HGUCではややグリーンがかったホワイトが再現出来ているけど、左手でビームサーベルが持てない。この一点のみで大幅に減点してしまった勿体ないキットだった。今回のZZ Ver.kaでは左手でビームサーベルが持てるけど今度は再現し切れてないのが、ホワイト部のグリーンがかったカラーリングです。これはエアブラシが手元にある方は塗装するか、プレバン限定のMG強化型ZZをチョイスするしかありません。後は両肩ど真ん中の長方形部が回転するスイッチらしき物。それと、胸部のシルバーの突起部分。恐らく、後日プレバンからリリースするフルアーマーZZ拡張セットへの布石なのでしょう。近年のバンダイさんの方針、傾向からしてこれらを利用しない訳がないです。まあ、今回のVer.ka仕様ならフルアーマーZZ拡張セットが出たとしても旧MGの様に肝心の胸部装甲が簡単に外れたり等ストレスを感じる仕様にはまずならないでしょう。Ver.kaが旧MGとは比にならない程良くなりましたからね、フルアーマーZZ拡張セットリリースはほぼ確実だと思われます。こちらも併せて、今後の動向を楽しみに見ていくとしましょうか。
