I normally order the Yogi brand herbal tea from Amazon. They always arrive with a large box containing very neatly stacked bags of herbal tea. The flavor was always deep and fragrant and you can tell they are good quality tea. For some reason I must have ordered the Ayurveda herbal tumeric tea by mistake or perhaps the Yogi brand herbal tea was not available, as they are often not available. Anyway, I was rather surprised when the tea arrived in a crushed box with bags of herbal tea crushed inside also. I tried one cup immediately and the taste was very bland, not rich and fragrant like the Yogi tea. I was very disappointed. So, if you want quality tea you should wait for the Yogi herbal tea if it is available.

The product is a good product. We bought 3 boxes. All were very damaged. No return is allowed. So, they get to ship damaged product and then have no accountability? That seems like a scam to me. The product looked like several people clog danced on it and I have no recourse? Think twice! Not sure it is legal but they don’t accept or approve returns. Horrible business model.
