When it arrived, I had to file the extra plastic from the edges before putting it in my betta tank, especially around the hole in the top. The edges were still very harsh on my bettas fins and I had to pull it out after 48 hours and go over it with a fine file & sandpaper again as it had snagged his fins pretty bad. It looks nice but the brittle plastic is way to rough around the edges if you have a betta or other delicate fin fish.It ended up in the Halloween decoration bin after a week.

Way to small for ball python. Mines not even 6 months old and won’t fit. Some edges are sharp. If it’s a human skull it’s a small child’s size. It would be ok for gold fish tank but that’s about it.

My gecko loves this skull but I definitely had to sand down the edges. They're very sharp, especially considering the types of creatures that would be using this product. It looks cool but be wary of the edges. Consider sanding them smooth so your pet doesn't get injured.edit: I want to add that after two years, this is still my gecko's favorite hiding spot. Sanding down the edges makes this an excellent addition to your tank!

This skill is sturdy. Some pet statues have sharp edges but this doesn't. The skull is about 2/3 real size.

Product is thin on edges and looks nice otherwise but Amazon shipped this in a bubble wrap envelope yet the products bubble wrap says clearly fragile hand with care... I’m surprised it is only partially broke and not crushed.

I'd say it's like it's a tad bigger then the size of a softball, ruffly around....I thought it was going to be smaller but I'm glad it wasnt cause I love how it looks & my boys love it in there New fish tank.

Dentro del acuario se ve genial, pero a las horas de haberlo puesto al abrir la tapa del acuario el olor a plástico era insoportable, a pesar de haber enjuagado el accesorio previamente con abundante agua y dejarlo secar, además el agua se volvio espumosa. Tuve que sacarlo del acuario y cambiar un 50% del agua por miedo de que haya alguna sustancia tóxica que se libero al agua, y a pesar de eso el agua seguía con algo de olor. Es una pena porque es una decoración muy cool. Espero que a mis peces no les pase nada.

Came super fast and is way more aquarium fitted then I thought. The surface is slightly ridged so growing plants on it will be way easier. Plus it was bigger then I thought. Would buy again

My crayfish loves this hide and looks super neat as it climbs out the eyelet!!

This is very fragile. Mine arrived with a crack in it, but was otherwise intact. It looks great in my aquarium though!

When I got it there are some sharp edges I had to file off. Other than that I realy like it and it looks great!
