Swivel rocker recliner with heat & massage. Order clearly states 2 boxes and only 1 tracking number provided. FedEx claims delivery complete because one box per tracking number. My order doesn't have a 2nd tracking number. Sent AI message to seller and generic reply to give them 48hrs to respond. Aug 8,2023 I will update this review when/if I receive the 2nd box with the back & left arm.PRO: I do like the fabric feel and color. Coffee looks more greige, not too dark. Seat seems like it will be comfortable if I ever receive the rest of it, until then it's a dangerous stool with projectiles sticking out the back.Updated Aug 9,2023: Today the back & left arm arrived, Box 2of2. The box looked like it got hung up in a machine, was ripped & taped back together. All the parts were inside and no apparent damage to the chair.The seller was contacted when only one box arrived and they responded with the 2nd tracking number and expected delivery time.The chair is a a perfect fit for me (5ft6in) and my small space. It is a swivel rocker when the foot rest is down, however, it doesn't rock with the footrest up but it still swivels. Assembly tip, there's 4 zip ties underneath holding the rocker base stable during shipping. They're not mentioned in the instructions and you have to cut them to free the rocker.Overall impression, I think it's going to be a comfortable addition to my home. I just wish it would rock with the footrest up but I haven't found one yet that does that.

I looked long for a simple recliner for a certain spot. I have a huge chair/ottoman coming and this fits the bill. Easy to put together. Came well packaged and secure in two boxes. It's a more "petite" recliner. I am 240 lb. / 5'3" and fits my body perfect. The reclining option I don't care for. It's a "pull chord" you have to reach down inside the chair to get to. The other thing I don't care for is the "blue/green" on the massage. Can't read the writing. Poor choice of colors. The massage is a light massage. Just enough w/o being over the top painful as some massage chairs can be. Super super soft, comfy, pretty color and matches my Grand Furniture sofa, and Overstock seagrass coffee table/storage. Love. I am happy with this purchase. If the manufac. is reading this, change the massage colors on the control please. :)

It's always a bit of a gamble when you purchase furniture online, but this time I rolled the dice and won.This recliner is very comfortable, it looks great and it seems well made so far. All features in the description work as advertised. I don't think I'll be using the massage or heat functions, but they seem to work just fine.I'm extremely happy with the chair overall, and I think it was a bargain for the price.

These chairs are a perfect size for our room. But once you sit to relax for a while, you begin feeling those Massaging Modules pushing through the Memory Foam and STABBING you in the Back. And shuffling around to different positions doesn't help. I'd pay a little more to NOT have these in the Chairs at all, because the Chair is very comfortable without them. What a mistake putting this Massaging feature in such a nice and would be comfortable chair. The HEAT Function is fine.

Only rocks forward, not backwards…..so that’s unusable.Footrest wont stay down. Have to get out of chair and slam it a few times to lock closed.You can feel the massagers through the padding when off. The top massager sounds like a garbage disposal going off near your ears.Chair looks nice and material feels soft. Cost too much to return.

Everything that was in the listing was spot on - color was right, construction was right, large enough to handle a 6-foot man. Many listings don't show the length in fully reclined position, but this one did. As for longevity, I can't speak to that as we have only had it for a week. However, initial response is GREAT!! Item was delivered a day sooner than promised - very happy with it!

Bought two of these chairs for our living room. Panicked initially when they arrived in 4 boxes, but assembly was easy and manageable by one person. The boxes were not as heavy as we anticipated, so bringing them in was easy, too. Once assembled, the chairs are comfortable and have been fully endorsed by our cats who actively compete with us for the chairs. We had a problem with shipping, but we emailed HOMREST directly and they responded within hours and solved our issue (great customer service). Would definitely buy again!

Good quality. Soft yet firm. Only wish the plug outlet was on the left of the chair for convince of plugging the chair in. And would be helpful if pockets were on both sides of the chair.
