Boots looks really nice, comfortable and I like the color and style.

I have been trying to get ankle boots that will fit me for almost a year. I have ordered three pairs of boots and tried on boots in multiple stores and have not found boots that will zip. I have lymphedema and cannot get boots that will fit the ankle and lower leg because of the swelling. These boots were half price on Amazon so I decided to buy them and see if I could get the left boot stretched at a shoe repair shop. When I received my order, the right boot had significant scratches on it. I did get the left one stretched, but it still will not zip. Perhaps I will try an old trick, wetting the boot and then wearing it until it is dry. What do I have to lose? Complaints specific to my feet are not helpful in this review. The boots are nice and made of lovely leather. I like that they have low heels and that they seem to be well-made. They are cute and fit my feet well and it seems that would be comfortable. I am so sad that another pair of boots will not fit my particular feet.

I purchased the black. It came a few days after purchase. The leather is soft and buttery, the size fits perfectly. I ordered the dark orange one. It came in a day after. The color is perfect, almost brown. BUT it is a used pair, likely returned after several uses - part of the sole is black, there are several scratches and light patches on the leather. Still, I love it, especially at the price I got it. I am not returning.

This ankle boot in the gray snake skin is very stylish, made well and comfortable. I would like a little more cushion in the heel but I have an issue with my heels so the slight discomfort after wearing these all day may be due to my issue rather than an issue with the shoes. Nothing a gel heal cushion insert can't fix. The color is very light and they're not heavy or bulky so I can wear them throughout Spring. These are my new favorite shoes! Actually bought a second pair because I know I'm going to wear these out! They fit true to size and I like that some sizes are even available in wide. 1st pair I bought a size 8 and 2nd pair a 7.5W. Both pair fit well and are very comfortable. Actually the 7.5W fit is perfect! You will love this ankle boot too!

Boots came in a different box and all scratched. So disappointed.

I love the boot. I like the height, the finishes, the style and the leather is substantial but soft. The boot ran long for me as did another by Franco. I normally wear a 7.5 but needed a 7 in this boot. I do have a narrow foot and this boot fit me great. Franco fits me better than most other brands.

I wanted to love these boots. They are very soft leather and pretty colour which would go with anything.However, the metal heel shaft dug into the back of my foot when I walked forward, and the size 6 was a tad bit too large for dress socks. I put in a thicker sock which worked but the heel shaft still hurt.The shoe box was really dinged up and the top was broken on all the corners, so obviously they have been returned several times. Maybe it was just an error with this particular boot, but I will not be re-ordering.

The boots are just beautiful. They are just a little large so I am going to try an insole and thicker socks. I do not want to return them.

Good fit and great colour

Size fits well and in good perfect condition packaging well maintained.
