This product worked great for the first month and a half, after that month, no heat was produced anymore and makes a very loud noise while spinning.Also, there is no way of contacting the manufacturer to get a replacement.So we’ve had it in the salon for a few months and now we have to get another one. Sucks

I’ve had it for almost a year and it never worked right, I just figured out it was broken the whole time and rotates wrong!!!! So mad!!!!

I doubt it's reparable because I already tried tighten it once and it broke off again.Not sure how warranty is gonna work....

Definitely get what you pay for! It works. That’s the best i can say. It makes noises when rotating, you cannot change any settings and the spring sounds like nails on a chalkboard when adjusting height.
