Worth Considering
In the performance of my daily duties at work, I’ve found multiple items making their way on to my belt as EDC items. (Items such as a Gerber multi-tool, Mini MagLite, a marker, small lynch pins, and (pretty soon) a set of trauma shears.) While not necessarily a lot of items/equipment compared to some, when added to an ID holder, key holder, and watch already sharing space on my belt, it can be a bit tiresome threading everything on every morning before work. In an attempt to condense the total number of items on my belt (not trying to look like a swat team member), I’ve experimented with various pouch setups with the hope of having just a total of 1 or 2 that carry everything I need. This has been a challenge as the pouches can’t be too bulky or restrictive as my job requires a lot of movement (running, crouching, crawling, stooping, climbing). My current pouches consist of a Gerber MP600 Multi-Plier, a NiteIze Flashlight holder, and a Husky HoldsAll. I purchased the EMT/Tool & Tactical Flashlight Pouch with the hopes of combining these three pouches into one and provide a spot for a set of Trauma Shears. (Please See Pictures)Pros:The pouch is well constructed with the nylon feeling thick and durable. Prior to ordering, I was initially concerned that the velcro closure for around the belt would be narrow and not hold well, but I was happy to see it was quite wide and, with the velcro attaching behind the belt, very secure. The main tool pouch is very large and I was able to fit both of my Gerber MP600 Multi-pliers in it. On the whole, the EMT/Tool pouch was able to house all the items I had in my other pouches with the exclusion of my lynch pins.Cons:The stitching doesn’t look that robust. Instead of “zigzag” stitching, it appears everything is a “straight” stitch. Additionally, where other velcro items would have an “X” sewn to hold velcro, this has a “Z” sewn in. With the “Z” also being a “Straight” stitch, I don’t believe it would hold up to repeated use before coming undone and require restitching. The designated flashlight holder is far too loose to securely hold an AA Mini Maglite. The Maglite felt like it could fall right out the bottom with very little effort. My current NiteIze holder feels much more secure. I moved the flashlight over to where a pen is in the Amazon picture and that felt much more secure but the flashlight ended up riding lower than the pouch.Neutral:The entire pouch rides very low on the belt. In the attached picture, you can see how it rides in comparison to my existing pouches. This also results in the pouch having a lot of free swinging movement. For my needs, I need my gear tight on my belt. When I’m stooping or crawling, the length this hangs down creates the potential for snagging. If I have to run, I can’t have this pouch swinging around all over the place; especially fully loaded. Ouch.Final Thoughts:While this pouch ended up not serving my needs, I only really had two complaints for it; the flashlight holder and the stitching. If you’re needing a pouch, this one is well priced and should be seriously considered. does what it should
this tool pouch works well. I keep 2 pairs of scissors in it, a penlight, ink pen, extra nitrile gloves, small folding pocket knife and a small 1" tac light. There's room for a thin cell phone also but I don't carry it in this pouch. If the handle of your tac-light is a consistent diameter and smooth, like on a mag light®, it slides in and out easily. If not, its a little cumbersome to retrieve and replace. I've noticed the elastic stretches out a bit as I have to tug on it to remove the light I'm using. That could be remedied by choosing a better fitting light though. You also have to undo your belt to add or remove this pouch. not a huge deal but something to consider.Otherwise it works well. Some guys in my Squad look like a SWAT team member with all the stuff hanging off their belts, some guys don't carry anything but a pen. Often times I'll leave this in my bag and not even take it. But when I have it, it keeps everything in one place so I'm not searching through all my pockets trying to remember where I put what I'm looking for. And it keeps pockets free as I don't like filling them with crap.

Fits everything but my fix for it hanging too low.
I needed something for my belt. I am only 5'1, 115 pounds and wear a size 2-4. I needed something that could hold my 02 wrench, shears, flashlight, pen, phone (iphone 6s), drivers license, instead of having multiple pouches on my belt. This thing holds it all and is not too big. The only thing I did not like was how low it hung since I am short compared to most people, so I got some more velcro, glued it on the back at the bottom, then then the top folded all the way down. (see pictures, sorry, hard to explain).first picture: added the velcro at the bottom. 2nd picture is using the new velcro so the pouch sits higher. 3rd picture shows how it hangs with the normal velcro.

Great for paramedics, but I'm not one
I am not a paramedic, and intended to put a multi tool and a few other things in it.The only reason that I took down a star (and also returned it), is that for my specific use- this isn't the right thing. If I would have used it like it was supposed to be used- with the gloves and all that- I would most likely be happy with that.I also like that they sowed a tab on the flashlight holding rubber- so you can counter your pull.Yet it is bigger than what I thought it will be, and my tool not only rocks inside, but because of it makes some noise when it hit my flashlight.Sorry, I don't use gloves or another filler for that main pouch.

Absoutely love it, work in an county based urban EMS setting and having all my tools in one spot rather than thirty other spots keeps everything neat and organized. Also with it being black it blends right into the uniform, not too big either. What I Carry:Black Leatherman Raptor Trauma ShearsGerber Center Drive Multi-Tool w/ bitsBlack Streamlight ProTac 2L-XOrange North American Rescue Gen 7 CAT tourniquetUpdate: September 2018Added a North American Rescue Tourniquet holder (purchased from amazon) it’s carrying a gen 7 orange CAT tourniquet which was purchased directly from North American Rescue.

Very useful, excellent price
The elastic at flashlight side is a bit big, so most flashlights as shown will flop around some. Mine only fell out once; I put the pocket clip on the glove dispenser (was on the elastic) and it never fell out again. Very useful, excellent price. Came in very handy for multi-casualty MVAs, holding several pair of gloves, shears, light - several of the guys at the station have since purchased one.

It's just okay...
OK guys, here goes: by looking at it from the pictures, it seems like a good investment, however, I was under the impression that it would be large enough to hold a radio, it really isn't large enough. I really do not like that the flap atop doesn't fold over the pocket in which your scissors would rest, and if you work in a pre-hospital setting, you're always concerned if an item is going to become loose, fall out, and you'll be stuck without it. There are other pouches worth the money.
