I expected micellar casein from grass-fed cows in France. The package that I received had no brand name. There was no mention of where the casein was made, or whether or not it was grass-fed. Tiny lettering said the product came from Malaysia.

These kinds of products do not need lecithin. It causes the protein to form thick, resistant clumps on contact with fluid. Other casein without lecithin mix smoothly. Because casein already has fatty structures in the micelles, lecithin only serves to bind them together rather than emulsify in water. Take out the lecithin and you'll have a perfect product.

Clumpy. I like the previous brand better PROMIX because it wasn't so clumpy. I use a shaker and the metal wire ball, but clumpy. Adding milk helped it be less clumpy, but still a little clumpy.
