I was initially disappointed when I received and posted a review saying such. The seller reached out to investigate why I was so disappointed and a after listening I was sent a replacement and must say I now have a product that is the quality I was expecting!! Posted a picture and video so you can see how stable it is and the quality of the bearings when spinning the bottles. The real callout is to Emily who reached out to me and sorted this out. Top customer services so buy with confidence.
