I have been trialing different brands for a while and with the price of everything atm paying over 100 each time at the hairdressers wasn’t an option .My roots come through a lot lighter and with lots of stubborn greys .I first applied to roots and left for 20 minutes and brushed through rest of hair for the last ten .My hair looks lovely and fresh like it did when I went to the hair dressors .Very happy with result .

Love this foam, saves money and time. Colour looks great , especially covering grey hair. Lasts around 4-5 weeks.

Aye, it works. The colour looks good and it lasts about 6-8 weeks.Tip: put some moisturiser all around the hairline and all over your ears. Then, when you've applied the cream, wipe off the moisturiser. It'll protect your head from getting dyed.

I do like John Frieda hair BUT a big but. It is very easy to put on ....thats the positive. Negative is it does not cover all hair that is grey. Mine was roots but still i thought i had done it all....but i think it does not penetrate like it should . But i top up in between with a powder concealer and root touch up from another make. Would make sense if John Frieda listened to the reviews. I love the fact though that it just goes on quickly and covers most.
