This "commercial" cleaner underwhelmed when it came to cleaning power. It loosens up mildew on grout, but doesn't really remove stains or make cleaning tile that much easier. The directions state that you need to let it sit for 15-30 seconds, which sounds like a very brief amount of time for any cleaner to have an effect on dirty tile grout. I let it sit for 10 minutes, and it wasn't very effective though. I suppose this is a decent product when it comes to environmental impact, but the lack of cleaning power makes this product questionable.

We ordered this item to try on our shower. We have hard water and struggle to find products that work well. This one fits the bill. The smell is a bit strong, so I recommend running the bathroom fan while cleaning, but it does do a great job of cleaning.

There's a lot to like about this product. It cleans light stains really well and handles lime and other hard water deposits reasonably. But if you have heavy stains, it doesn't seem to do much. It does have a nice smell to it, which is a pleasant change.Overall, this is just not a deep cleaner, which makes it a bit too pricey for me. It was pleasant to use, but only really useful for basic cleaning.

This is an easy to use cleaner. The suggested dilution is 1-2 ounces in 24 to 36 oz of water. Based on my usage, I recommend going a bit stronger, such as 3-4 oz in 24 oz of water. The lower concentration is more economical and it does work, but it requires a fair amount of elbow grease to scrub things clean. The higher concentration cuts down on the needed scrubbing.There are no noxious fumes when using this. Even straight out of the bottle it has a pretty mild scent. It's one of the mildest odors I've come across in a grout cleaner. Also, while gloves are recommended (as with any cleaner) I didn't have any skin irritation when using this without gloves. It is made in the US, and has a simple ingredient list: citric acid, malic acid (from apples), watermelon essence and water. Both of those factors are a plus for me.It worked very well on dingy floor grout, restoring it to bright white/like new condition. It wasn't as effective on hard water stains/buildup on shower walls and the shower door. It did OK, but it wasn't as effective on vertical surfaces as thicker, foaming, "cling" type cleaners I've used.I like that it's a concentrate since those are nearly always more economical plus they cut way down on plastic waste. On the down side, there was no inner seal under the cap, nor was there a seal or band around the cap. Fortunately, the cap stayed put and there was no leaking in transit, but the manufacturer should have taken steps to better secure the cap from coming loose and making a mess.I'll give it 5 stars for floor grout, 5 stars for ease of use/no fumes, 4 stars on vertical surfaces. Overall rating of 4.5 stars.

This cleaner works really well on cleaning the grout and tiles in my bathroom.I just moved into a new apartment and it was in need of a thorough cleaning and this stuff did an exceptional job and removing years of stains and discoloration.The product is very concentrated so needs to be diluted into a spray bottle. The smell is a very sweet, synthetic watermelon scent and is a little strong for my taste.This stuff cleans so well, I could not believe the difference in one application. It easily removed the grim from grout and tiles that I likely would have spent hours scrubbing with my previous cleaning supplies.

The powerful knock you down with their stick super bathroom cleaners do work better but the scent of this is very pleasant and the acids used for the cleaning are much less toxic. If you have light soil and soap scum or you clean your shower all the time this will be a nice change for you. If you have heavy soil and/or only clean your shower when you have to, you may want to stick with the more powerful chemicals and a respirator.
