Shoulder is improving
My dogs shoulder is healing, and thats the important thing.The leg straps are a little awkward to secure and can cause rash, so I take off the brace when my dog will be inactive for a while.

My dog has a torn bicep tendon & this is helping her
It is relatively easy to put on & it is easy to slide the gel packs in/out. I use hot & cold. I can leave it on the dog for a couple of hours & she doesn't mind.

Provided padding on shoulder to allow healing
We used this product for our geriatric dog who was developing pressure sores on her shoulders due to arthritis. The neoprene provided enough padding for her to heal and she is much more comfortable and sleeping longer without feeling restless. PERFECT fit and easy to attach. We are not using the hot/cold packs that accompany the product.

Works perfectly
I purchased this for my border collie mix who has been dealing with bursitis. It is easy to put on, stays in place and he adjusted to it pretty quickly. I use it for cold treatment and his shoulder is cold after removing (20 minutes) It really seems to be helping

Wouldn’t recommend
I don’t recommend this product. Heavy for a dog with joint pain. Did absolutely no good. Very hard to put on.

don't waste your money/ no returns allowed
Difficult to put on "correctly". Tried both hot and cold compress, did absolutely nothing to ease her pain and seller does NOT allow returns. Don't waste your money!
