Poignant, funny, smartWell written and appropriate for young readers - Read it to my grandchildren and we all enjoyed it.

This is a really good book. I work with young children who have asperger's and I recently got this for a girl who was going into 4th grade. It reinforces the idea that it is ok to be different, which is something any girl at that age should hear.

My favorite read aloud book for fifth graders. They stay engrossed and love the 'bad boy' character as well as Sahara. Some of us even cry when she talks about her dad. I usually have to put the book down and wipe away my tears.

Daughter loved, loved this book, she read it over and over. She was 9 at the time.

This book was required for my Children's Lit. class. I love, love this book! I now want to read everything this author has ever read! It is a unique book, that will keep you hooked until the end!

Great book. I brought it used for $0.01, but its looks new. No pages missing and the cover looks great. Delivery was fast.

My daughter aged 11 loved this so had to go searching for more by same author. Not sure about the actual story but she couldn't put it down.
