More discrete than a hand-mic
No secret service or under cover agent here, but it does help a lot with maintaining communications during public events, while being far less distracting than a hand-mic as far as noise goes. It's a bit challenging to get it all situated effectively, but is much easier and more comfortable if you are wearing a jacket.

An excellent upgrade from the “standard” earpieces.
Super loud and clear. Saved us from having to buy more expensive radios for our church security team. They may look like the “Amazon Specials” but are SO much better.

Better than the others
I've tried all others on Amazon. I use these for church security. This is is the loudest and clearest ones if had yet. Very well made. A few things I don't care for is:The curved rubber tube that goes over the ear starts to get uncomfortable on top of the ear. The other ones don't.Also, the 'L Shape' connection for wire and ear tube don't allow for muti-position use, compared to others.Although I strongly prefer these over the others due to the quality and loud and clear reception compared to the other popular brands. MUCH clearer and louder.I do recommend these, just have to get used to slight changes.

A little uncomfortable over long periods but works great
a little uncomfortable after long periods but works great for blocking out noise in the ear that it is in while being able to clearly hear. It did take some time figuring out how to route the wire.

Fits my needs well
Fit and quality of the unit is good. Button to talk, audio quality, clips and plugs seem to be of good quality and look like they will hold up for regular service. I will only use this seasonally so it meets my use needs.

Keep it dry.
Great at first. Got earpiece wet. Can now barely hear through it so be careful. My first one became unclipped and i list it. Other than my self created troubles, its actually a great piece.

Good quality from the other non name brands. Other coworkers bought the other ones and they didn’t like the mic didn’t work well for them.
