BOSCH 168 Long Life Upgrade Miniature Bulb - Pack of 2 (168LL)

They work fine for the license plate bulb replacement on a 2010 Mazda 3.Car workshop tried to charge me ten bucks for it (just one bulb out of the two needed replacing), but got two bulbs here for half the price and replaced them my self.Replacing the bulb was easy (once I watched an online video on how to do it), it's just understanding where the light assembly 'snaps-into'. Took only few minutes.Specs on the back says these are 12v/4w and these are supposed to be Long Lasting (usually that also means slightly less bright. But in my case I don't see any visible difference between the two sides of license plate lights)

Did not work and difficult to fit even with bulb grease. I went to the local auto store and found some made in the USA, Sylvania light bulbs. Bosch quality has gone down greatly since they moved a lot of their mfg to China. If I had known they were made in China I would not have risked it. Amazon sort of hides where a product is made, it should be required by law. 5 bucks into the Chinacoms and Bosch's products, its no different than stealing.

The 168 fits the Toyota socket for license plate lamp sockets without an issue. Most aftermarket brand glass wedge based bulbs are either too tight or loose. The Bosch brand bulbs fit as good as the OEM and will not flicker or even fall out like other brands in my experience. While my preference is to use the OEM Toyota Koito bulbs, they are super difficult to find in the USA. The Bosch Brand is the next best fit and quality I have found for Toyota exterior tail lights.

My 2005 Lexus ES 330 had a warning that one brake light was out. I found out what bulb it needed, and replaced both of them together. It was pretty easy, no tools required, and both bulbs worked. I had replaced two tail lights about a month before, different bulbs and much more trouble, but I replaced them with Bosch also. The price seems pretty good, and I think they usually make quality products, so I'll see if they last another dozen years.

It is working good for my 2005 Sienna's front side marking lights.Please replace both bulbs together.The fast delivery was an additional point.Let's see the life, but I think it will be more than 10 or 15 years because the life of original bulb was more than 13 years long.I recommend it.

I never realized how many little tiny lights our car had. Marker or side lights. The price was great and it was delivered on Sunday. Plugged the lights right in and been traveling about and they're still working like new.5-Stars down the line. :)

I needed to replace the license plate lenses in my 2002 Mazda Miata so I thought, "Why not go ahead and replace the bulbs as well?" Now when I open my trunk I'm like, "Oooh, look how bright and clear!"Glad I got these.

I like these lights and they were easy to install. My lights were out over my tag and I had no idea how to replace them. I went on Amazon and enter the year, make and model of my car and this was one of the lights that came up on Amazon. Followed the instructions to install in which this was very easy. I would recommend these lights!
