Aluminum Hard Shell Case Briefcase Portable Carrying Case Small Toolbox Equipment Cases Sliver

I bought this case because it comes in the dimensions I need for keeping my small precision hand tools in. In this case it will work for that. However the quality is somewhat disappointing. Basically, it is "just ok", and in my opinion, overpriced. The latches can be easily compromised with a large screwdriver, so I will not be using this case for storing anything secure. Upon inspecting the hinges, it appears that they can be easily compromised as well. There was somewhat of a big deal made about the manufacturer which I think is overrated. That being said, even though I ended up paying more for this case than I think it is worth, I will keep it. Incidentally, for those raters who received their cases without the foam I can see why you are disappointed. It has been my experience that Amazon is REALLY good at making things right with their customers, so I encourage you to exchange yours. Fortunately for me, mine DID come with the foam as advertised. I'm racking this one up to "Lessons Learned".

this is a four star instead of five...I use this in an escape room at escapemysteryrooms.com....this gets used/played with every hour on the hour 7 days a week from 10 in the morning till 10 at night. MY COMPLAINT: customers turning wheel while pushing square tabs inward manage to change the combo on occasion..NOT GOOD FOR HOW WE USE THIS. ...HOWEVER....We keep using it because it is worth the minor aggravation. it is tough, durable, and stands up to all kinds of abuse in our games. people walk on them, trip over them while open, drop them from the counter. and it keeps on working. For "normal" use, YOU CANT GO WRONG with this product.

Works like it's supposed to and would definitely buy again. It's pretty sturdy for it's price.

If a case is advertised as having foam inserts but is shipped empty, the vendor is guilty of false advertising. We purchased the case to transport an artifact and needed the foam inserts, which is why we selected this product. The case arrived empty. In the future we will steer clear of this vendor.

It didn't come with instruction on how to set locks.. or even get it open?! wtf!?... help??

It looks great and the lock is pretty easy to figure out. This will definitely come in handy for storing small valuables since I can lock them inside it. And I even got it for less than half a dollar with a promo code.
