Unsafe,Unreliable,Complete Headache!!!!
Just do not buy this item it has a major design flaw. Looks really fancy but there is a stupid butterfly bolt and some other garbage that hold the dollay cart togather while transporting stuff down steps and it comes loose. In order to work this cart right you need ratchet straps to hold it togather or the bottom part will fly out on you in the middle of going down a flight of steps. Not to mention the directions that come with it to assemble it are poor and it will take you about 3 hours to assemble along with a 100 pound vice and hammer to get the wheels axel pins in and an entire arsenal of tools. This cart is garbage do not buy this cart please trust me. WOW A butterfly bolt to keep this togather while transporting 500 pounds LOL Haha what a joke!!!

Love/Hate this thing
I have bought and returned several convertible dollies and finally ended up with this one. I think I am going to keep it, but it's a love/hate thing.Pros:1. It's very sturdy. I was concerned that as I had to assemble it myself it would be wobbly or difficult to keep from flexing. It went together pretty easily and is very sturdy.2. It's lightweight. Aluminum for the win.3. Feels heavy duty. I had other dollies that had weak plates that felt like they would bend under weight. The plate on this one is rock solid.4. Three position convertible. I really like the mid position and have used it to move heavy furniture around when we had our floors redone. BUT... see below5. Maneuverable. Some dollies are hard to move around, this one moves like silk.Cons:1. Arrived damaged. I know this was probably a shipping problem, but it could have been packaged better. The handle was badly bent but as it was aluminum, I was able to reshape it with some channel locks so that it would slide on.2. Second arm latch. This is a biggie for me. The latch that holds the second set of wheels in the upright position is not well made at all (see last two pictures). It's a friction arm with a notch on the plate to hold it in place and a dang wing nut to adjust the tension. The first problem is that it's either too lose and won't hold the rack steady or when you tighten it you almost break your thumb trying to get it to lock in position. I have tried but can't find a happy medium. The second problem is that as the handle is attached to the rack (the frame with the small wheels) it very difficult to get it locked in sturdy. If it's loose, you risk the thing collapsing while using it, which is all bad. What is odd to me is that the latch that holds it in the diagonal position is perfect, solid and easy to use. The flat position is also very easy. Why did they not make the upright position latch in a similar fashion? It's how we most often use the dolly...3. Flat position fold up arm. This looked fine in the box, but when I installed it there was clearly something wrong as it does not install straight. I put a LOT of weight on it trying to bend it into a straight position but was not able to. Then I decided that it was probably ok, as with it not being straight it kind of locks into the side rail (see first photo). It takes a lot of pressure to get it in there, but I would rather have to do that than deal with the thing constantly flopping down when I don't need it. Perhaps that is intentional (although the assembly video doesn't show it that way, so I doubt it).End result, if they would change the way the secondary wheel frame attaches to the main frame, I would totally overlook the other issues and give it 5 stars. It's sturdy, easy to use and I love the three positions.

Wheels falling apart
I like the fact that it is lite. It did seem to bow some in the center when I loaded it heavy. I'm not sure how much weight was on it, but it didn't break!! I have only used it around the house so far, but will put it to the full test this February..product update. It’s June and I have used it more. The wheels are falling apart. I don’t even load it to its max load, but the small wheels are falling apart. I noticed only one doing it on Friday and then Saturday the other one started shredding too..

Okay for a smaller warehouse
It is okay and meets our needs. Some of the features need some work. Wingnuts don't hold very long.It suits our needs for now. I am worried we will have to improvise some features in the near future.
