Easy to put on and stay on.
These are working great for my 22 year old quarter horse. His old front feet have thin hoof walls and make it tough to shoe him without splitting his hoofs. He wears them half the day and seems to really like the cushiony pads.( sold separately sometimes)I'm on the second pair after a year now. The first pair is still in good shape but the velcro has worn out. That would be my only complaint.

Helped our old pony's arthritis
I highly recommend the EasyBoots!!Scout, our 35 year old Shetland pony was experiencing significant arthritis in the knees and ankles. The poor boy could barely walk in the morning. The pain began effecting his sleeping patterns as well. My boy looked so miserable and sad. After some homemade hoof pads failed, I found the EasyBoot Cloud booties. They have made a world of difference! In conjunction with anti-inflamatory medication, Scout is happy and feeling better. He is walking comfortably, and even trotting a few steps when I call him to dinner. He is now standing flat, no longer stumbles when he walks, he can bend down more comfortably, and awakens with less stiffness. He is once again nibbling at my pocket for treats and walking up the hill to graze with the herd.Yes, the boots are expensive, but worth every penny! They are well made from quality materieals and seem very durable. Scout has been wearing them for 3 days without damage or any kind. The collar around the ankle is soft and flexible, while the Velcro holds the boots securely in place. Thick cushioned pads within the boot hold their shape and have not smushed down. Most Importantly, the slip-on design makes the boots very easy to put on and remove ...a must for horses with sore joints and foot pain. It took about 10 seconds per hoof. Regarding sizing, be sure to carefully measure your horse's hoof (height and width), and follow the measurement guide. Scout is a size 1. For some bizarre reason, the measurement guide is not provided in the description of this product here on Amazonm. I had to find it on the EasyBoot website.I will update this review if anything changes.

I LOVE cloud boots, this is my 3 pair for 3 different horses. But these are falling apart
I LOVE CLOUD boots however one of the pair I just purchased has fallen apart. I know they have a warranty. One boot is completely ripped up in the front where the air hole is and both are ripping in the back. I showed a picture of his hoof. He is a 16 hand 2 year old halter horse who needed some care after suffering an abscess and front feet issues from trimming. Lots of x-rays showed he needed some comfort I also showed the good boot except for the tiny tear beginning the back. But you can see the difference. I clean them daily, and I even remove them after 3 days for a day off. I want to know if Easy Boots will send a new pair. Size 1. I also have easy boots hand made my Pete Ramey when he was trimming my horses last year and the 3 years prior. I have several other easy boot products and I think maybe these particular boots were just not up to standards they usually are. I will continue to purchase them but I do want easy boots to contact me. Amy

Worth every penny
I was hesitant to purchase because of the price but I am so glad I did. My pony with cushings was having a laminitis episode but these gave her instant relief. I use them on top of her regular shoes to provide some extra comfort and they really work! I was worried with her shoes on she would wear them down but I have been using them every day for 3 weeks now and they are still holding up great. I like that you can replace the blue pads inside if needed. I wasn’t sure which size to order bc there were a lot of reviews saying to size up, but she measure on the lower end of the range for size 1 so I ordered size 1 and it is perfect. It was a bit snug when I first tried them on but after a day they loosened up quite a bit (the pad squished down and material got a bit looser. So if you first try it on and it seems tight, just keep in mind they will loosen a little.

Wonderful Boots For Tender-Footed Horses
I have a 33 yr old mare that is recovering from a very bad abscess. During the process, she lost a lot of sole (x-ray showed plenty of sole depth, it just flaked off to the tender sole underneath). I bought a pair of these for her as she was laying down so much it worried me and she was getting a capped elbow. These are so easy to put on and take off! As soon as I put them on her, she was walking so much better! A few days in them and she was fine. I will note that I did have to take them off for a few hours each day, as the vent holes in them really don't keep the hoof dry. It builds up a bit of moisture. But the pads that come with these are wonderful. Tip: the pads form to the foot, so take a sharpee and mark them left and right!

Functional boot for laminitis, lost shoe until the farrier arrives
I bought two boots in the middle of a wet winter when one of my horses had an abscess. There's a lot of fussing with an abscess - poultice, soaking, checking. I removed them daily, cleaned and dried them with a hair dryer and left the hooves to dry with the horse stalled in clean shavings before putting them back on with a heavy dose of foot powder.Later that spring I needed them for my other mare who has terrible horn quality. She's 150 pounds heavier but wears the same size boots with a slightly different pad. A week ago she finally tore one of the boots after losing a shoe. I immediately replaced it without complaint.I don't expect a therapy boot to have the same longevity as a riding boot because its purpose is different: cushioning, easy on-off, easy sizing. EasyCare Easyboot Clouds are just what I need. I'll always keep a pair on hand. It's nice they are not specified right or left. Any slop in the sizing is easily fixed with the right pad. To prevent heel rubs, I slather the heels with Swat.

Fell apart in less than 24 hours!!
I bought this boot after my mare had an abscess & we couldn’t put a shoe back on yet. She was super tender footed still so I wanted to protect her sole while she was healing. The boot looked great & fit great, but the entire back ripped apart in less than 24 hours. She was turned out in dry pasture. Very disappointed. Looking for another option now that will hopefully hold up. I will be contacting the manufacturer to get a refund based on their 90 day guarantee.

Too pricey
These are by far the best boots for a sore, abcesses, foundered horse. But I've bought them for less on ebay and pleasant ridge saddlery or if you can buy them directly it might still be cheaper. But these are the best boots in the world
