Increased size worked
The Pacey cuff that I bought was supplies with Comfort Sleeves that were too small to be comfortable. This increased size was easy to use and provided comfortable use of the Pacey cuff.

The good size
I had difficulty to press the velcro. Finaly i used without the Pacey Cuff.The difficulty is to maintain the peace in place.

Okay cuff.
Cuffs were okay but had to return them. Ordered medium but received large cuffs were in a medium labeled package.

Don't under estimate the size.
I gave this product a low rating which is probably not fair. The fault is mine as I thought that because surgery left my equipment very short, I ordered a size that was too small in diameter. I have never tried the correct size.

Adjustability
The item is not easy to use as it is not able to adjust like the main device. Maybe using a longer piece of velcro on the main item would be much better.
