Superb pens! The nicest deep, dark, sumptuous black writing of any pen out there.I mean it – I’m totally OCD about pens: and these are unbeatable in terms of the quality of writing they produce. Those posh Waterman/Parker pens don’t come close. And I’ve tried them all! [The only other pen that could come close is a Pentel Superb].With these pens, you get a lovely, smooth, deep black line, right from the off! No need to wear them in, like you do a Bic orange. Because the ink flows so nicely to the nib, you get a lovely smooth, dark, luxurious line. Because a decent amount of ink gets to the nib so readily, you can sometimes get a bit of blobbing, but the occasional small ink blob adds a lot of character to your script. Because the nib is so fine, you can make your writing really “hi-res”.I really wish you could use the ink refill inside these in a more “posh” pen. The cheap outside of these pens belie the gorgeous quality of the writing these beauties generate. It would be great if you could make them work with a Parker/ Waterman/Montblanc or something.Because I’m so fussy about these things, I’ve found I use these pens all the time, whilst my posh pens languish in the drawer. Unfortunately they just don’t come close to the quality of writing of these little beauties.As a bonus, they cost next to nothing to buy.

Love the pens! They’re a great value for money definitely and the pens are perfect for note taking, I personally find them very useful while doing maths calculations as it helps me to write very precisely and smoothly which helps me to concentrate more on my work. If you’re a student it is highly recommended as it helps me to focus a lot and makes my english essays easier to write!

InkJoy pens are my favourite pens! I usually buy the packs of assorted colours and they are a 1.0mm size but I was looking for a finer tip version and this is it - 0.5mm. These are black only, and they are great for every day use whenever you need a fine liner, but I would really love to see all the colors made in this 0.5mm fine tip size too as I would certainly buy them. They have the smoothest ink system I have found in any pen, ink spreads really easily and there is never any hiccups or blots with these pens, so they are great when you want to make your bullet journals pretty.5/5

A bit of a twist & pull action is needed to get the close fitting cap off, in my experience.The ventilated cap has the ‘PaperMate’ 2-heart logo embellished discreetly on the functional shirt clip and it usefully fits over the opposite end when using (but is also a bit hard to get off).In WHITE lettering on one side of the barrel is:♦ PaperMate ~ InkJoy ~ 100 ~ 0.5 XFThe triangular barrel makes them a bit chunky but they are very light & comfortable in hand. The ink lasts a good long while and flows well, unless writing at an angle. The point can feel a bit scratchy on rougher paper textures, also in my experience.The ink colour transferred is not a JET BLACK but is no lighter than my usual brand of BLACK ballpoint, and, the price point at the time of order was excellent for 2 pens as part of the ‘Amazon Add-On Programme’.[14 images attached]

I confess to buying these as I needed to push the price up on another purchase. I, however, have not been disappointed. I tried these out and now use them whenever I can. They are really nice to use, great nib size, write smoothly. I have looked at more and will most likely buy the coloured versions as well as more of these black ones.

I buy these quite a lot from local stationary shops and never had a problem. Got a bit lazy so ordered a new pack online. They came in the standard package, a bit squashed during the transport but no major effects on the product.I finished the first pen within a few weeks but was dissapointed by the second pen which just stopped working after a few days. You can see that there's still a lot of ink inside but you're unable to write anything with in :(. They're usually quite durable so not sure what happened with mine, probably just a bad batch.

This is the ultra-fine ball pen made by PaperMate, and is ideal if you like a very fine point to write with. The flow of ink is very good and the colours strong. Surprisingly, these particular pens are in short supply, which is a shame since the product represents good value for money.

Excellent quality ballpoint pens. The ink flows really nicely, smoothly and consistently. The pens are comfortable to use with the unique shape and most importantly the end result on paper looks really nice. Excellent value for money and Papermate yet again delivers an excellent product.

Di norma non compro penne, ce ne sono talmente tante in giro che lo trovò uno ‘spreco’ ma queste le preferisco nettamente da averle ricomprate. Punta fine 0.5 perfetta per me

El mejor boli que jamás he tenido. La escritura es fina y muy ágil, corre sobre el papel sin tener que presionar nada, el acabado de la tinta es bonito y va genial para tomar notas rápido sin atascarse. El tacto es suave y agradable. Con un uso diario intensivo, ha durado 5 meses.
