Quality hat—but what’s the deal with delivering it in a bag? Takes days to get the shape back for the hat 🙄

I recently bought the Calgary Flames hat, and I absolutely love it! The design is awesome with the team's logo prominently displayed on the front. The colors are vibrant and true to the team's identity. The hat feels well-made, and the stitching is impeccable.They have only complaint I have is that the hat was shipped in a padded envelope and not in a box.
