I wasnt holding out much hope for this product As i did some reserch via goggle the reading said it was not a good product but i had nothing to gain by not trying it.Ive been useing it for a month and this is a reorder. I havnt excercised due to a med condition but ive on a calorie controled diet while taking t5 i have lost 2 stone. I will say after 2 weeks i had to start taking 2 a day but still its doing the job. With no adverse effects. Ive also ordered the patches to use while i sleep because i dont want to start taking more than 2 tabs a day i still want to loose another 2.5 stone by xmas i fully expect to do it with t5

Wouldn't call them extreme diet pills. I started with one pill but quickly increased this to 2. I'm a little less bloated and they do reduce your appetite. Don't expect to lose loads of weight on them quickly. I expected more

Iv put one star just to be able to let you know only 2days taking them and a was on the verge of being admitted to hospital if spent the last 24hour in complete agony server cramps in my tummy sickness every ten mins Dr called and I was so dehydrate had to have hydration fluids now today can't go out as I'm constantly in the bathroom returning them as soon as I got the strength to go out be rest today n hoping headache will subside soon o I don't want to give you on star they are dangerous I thought I Was going to die yeterday I may seek legal advice befor I end them back ??

The item is a great fat burner and energy boost. It has help me to be more active, focus and I lost some belly fat. However it makes me thirsty and dries my mouth which is not so bad since my water consummation was at a poor level now it is far better.
