High5 Zero Electrolyte Sports Drink Tube of 20 tabs (1 x Citrus + 1 x Berry)

I have been using these for a couple of years, and find them tasty and refreshing when expending a lot of energy as well as helping to keep a healthy balance of minerals and electrolytes.Just pop one tablet in a water bottle and carry it with you whatever you may be doing. My son took them with him when cycling from Hanoi to Ho Chi Min City in Vietnam and found them very beneficial.

Bought these to use on my cycle commute. It's a 17 mile journey that takes about an hour. I drop 1 tablet into my 750ml water bottle and hit the road. The tablet adds a slight flavour to the water but it's not overpowering. My evidence is not very scientific but my legs seem to be able to peddle harder and for longer when I'm using a tablet versus water alone. I wouldn't go on a long ride without one of these in my water bottle now. Excellent value for money compared with buying an electrolyte drink and more conevnient too.

Nice taste and did the job. I bought these and used them in the run up to the Berlin half marathon. I could probably have got them cheaper in town but I ordered them in a rush and needed next day delivery. I have tried other flavours but these two were especially nice.

Just drop a tablet or two into 500/600 cc of water and you have electrolytes ready for use. The tablets are effervescent so prepare before setting off. On longer trips/ hot days I’ll take a second bottle and also have a cut down tube with a few tablets in my back pack just in case I need to buy water. I mostly use this product when mountain biking. I have literally used the product for years and buy 8 tubes at a time. Usually my preferred flavour is citrus and the berry flavour is softer. However, I now like berry too so happy with my purchase.

OK so I got a sample of these when I ordered a new drinks bottle and once I tried them I was hooked! I got 2 tubes (one berry, one citrus) and they taste really good and I can see they are going to last a long time. They also came with EVEN MORE more samples (six). I can't wait to try them out! One thing to note Is that for an isotonic drink they don't seem to have that much... Well isotonic stuff 😂. (only 3.5% of your reference intake of potassium and only 1.1 % of your calcium). I have included a pic of the ingredients. Definitely better than water though and I don't really know how they compare to other isotonic drinks like powerade.

Easy to use just pop into some water but doesn't taste of anything, i think you would need 3 tablets for it to taste of anything which means it wouldn't be worth buying

Great for when you've had a drink or too before bed. Rehydrates you after exercise without having to consume masses of water. Great for a very beneficial drink before a long run so you don't have to worry about needing a pee on route.

I was buying the Holland and Barrett packs. They are a better brand in terms of 'appeal' but you get a lot less for your money with them. These taste more than decent and do the exact same job. Highly recommend if you need that extra boost each day. I only take one each morning and it does the job well.

Me gustan. Tienen un sabor agradable si se toman bien fríos y sobre todo ayudan mucho a hidratarse sin meterse un montón de azúcar. Los uso por recomendación médica para aliviar los síntomas del POTS y me vienen muy bien.
