PANYTOW 5 X Silver Plated Magnetic Clasp Jewelry Findings 0.27" Hot

The magnets seem strong enough to hold a lightweight pendant & chain. Colour is a pleasant, not too bright silver colour.However the end, which I believe is called a swivel clip is not very secure. Out of the pack of 5, 3 don’t spring open easily, nor do they close securely. Disappointed as, due to illness, it’s taken me some time to get around to trying them on my necklaces which I was looking forward to wearing.You get what you pay for. I ordered a different type from another supplier & they are fantastic!

Excellent magnets, well made product so in that respect they deserve a 5 star review but if you have sensitive skin they will bring you out in a rash. I’m still itching and bumpy of neck after only a couple of hours’ wear. If you are not typically allergic to base metals then absolutely go for it, the value and quality are superb and I’d happily use them on my jewellery designs for the none-allergic as they’re particularly useful for arthritis sufferers but be aware that you’ll need to buy sterling silver or put a layer of nail varnish over them if you have sensitive skin.

Along with the gold tone clasps I think these are great. As an arthritis sufferer I was having increasing difficulty in fastening clasps on necklaces and has more or less stopped wearing them. A pity as I have some really pretty jewellery. These have proved really useful and the magnetic clasps is quite strong. I have worn them with pendants of various weights ans they have not come undone. The one criticism is that they are a little heavy and if worn with a light pendant the clasp tends to gravitate round to the front. of the who;le though I would highly reccomend

The first one I tried to use came apart in my hands, the ring at one end just came off, the second one I could not open the clasp to hook it onto my chain, but number three worked ok and it is certainly much better to fasten behind my neck than the original clasp. Providing the magnet is strong enough to hold it in place if I catch the chain or pull on it then I am happy that 3 are ok as I only needed one to start with. Not a bad item does what it says, not great quality, but for the money I'm happy enough. Took ages to arrive right on the very last day.

Am now finding it difficult due to eyesight and mobility of hands to fasten finer chains. These solve the problem. Maybe don't trust them if your jewellery is very costly because it is obviously possible to catch a chain pulling the magnets apart ..

These clasps are a great idea and a great solution for me who struggles with jewellery clasps.Once fixed, the magnets attach easily and stay attached till pulled apart, which again, is easy.

I do not use these for jewellery, but to couple wagons on a 16mm scale model railway. Having said that the magnets in these items are strong and would be ideal for jewellery clasps. Probably the ends rings are probably the weakest link. they are easy to replace if required. The Lobster Claw fitting can be easily removed if required. As I use my own rings for my application I can recommend them. No doubt some of my friends are now likely to purchase them. All items in the bag were intact, any loose magnets could easily be re-fitted with a drop of superglue.

These are so easy to attach. All you do is use the lobster claw on your necklace /bracelet to connect to the ring on one end of the magnetic clasp, you then do the same with the lobster claw of the clasp and the ring of you necklace/ bracelet. Once in place using the magnets are so easy to use. Even on your own. They attract to each other and snap together.
