Not your Average Use
I ordered a pair of bedsides a while back however felt like there was something missing. These boards screwed in perfectly on top with a slight overhang and costed a fraction that any DIY store would of charged. I did sand and varnish them just to ensure long term survival. Very very happy. Thankyou!

Superb size
Unlike some other boards on the market this Apollo rubber utility board ticks all the boxes. Nice shape with rounded corners. Easy to clean . My daughter was so impressed with mine she wanted one as a gift for Christmas .

Natural product with natural beauty.
Nice, thick wooden board for my baking and pastry cutting, for I is such a man. My board came with a small crevice near one edge filled in with what I think is wood filler, photo attached, circled in red. I don't mind this as it shows the natural imperfection in a natural material such as wood. It gives the board character. I surface wash it as needed and currently being dusted in flour whilst I bake, cut cookies out of dough, place hot homemade pizzas straight out of the oven onto it etc. A great board in my view.

Slides around in use
It’s big enough for what I wanted but it does slide around a lot when kneeling dough. Ideally it needs a rubber backing to make it stick to the work surface and award it 5 stars.

Baking and Pasta Making
Making lots on this ; pizza dough, pasta, dim sum wrappers, etc. I do wish it was available in a slightly longer size for long pasta strips when preparing ravioli . Overall it is a good board but, when kneading dough, it slips quite a lot. My solution: smoothing a silicone matt onto the worktop first and then setting the board on top. Works a treat! No slips.
