I tried rest, giving it 4 weeks before trying to run again after a calf strain but found the calf went straight away. I have tried numerous versions of magnesium over the years, many of them touted as highly bio-available. Every time it has just gone straight through me. The first month (I took 3 each night) they really helped with rl & fibro pain (but made no difference to sleep) When I was getting low I ordered another bottle but unfortunately the leg pain & restless arms & legs have come back but that is probably more me than the tablets as I get used to meds very quickly.Top tip, make sure you take these tablets with food.
