I'm very happy with the purchase of this indoor bike. It's so quiet and very smooth. The tensioner know let's you place resistance wherever you want it. I like the adjustable screen holder. It was very easy to put together. Took me about 20 minutes after I got it out of the box and unwrapped. I had two issues. First. I didnt even see a battery pack for the Bluetooth. I thought it was located in the mon/sec box on top of the handlebar. I notified the seller and Tina said as so helpful. She told me it was located on the bottom of the bike. I didn't even see it so that was my issue not theirs. Second, when it was put together at the factory a wire was placed under a screw and it was cut in half. I tried to fix it myself but the wire is very thin and I kept cutting the wire along with the insulation around it. Anyway Tina was again very helpful. She sent out a new module alo g with a more comfortable seat cover. I have to say I wouldn't return this even if there was no fix for the min module. I can use my phone. Tina is definitely an asset to the company. Wonderful young lady and very helpful and patient with questions. I'd rate this 6 stars if able to. And Tina 20 stars out of 5. This won't be a disappointment if you purchase it. Well made and excellent customer service. Great price for the peace of mind. Have fun with it. Hope this was a helpful review.

I researched many different bikes for noise, level of resistance and sturdiness/weight limit before settling on this one. This bike is even quieter than the one at my gym. Im an avid gym goer and have used many spin bikes. It's rides very smooth and it has many resistance levels. It has enough resistance where I can't even pedal at the heaviest level. The bike is also very sturdy and the seat is comfortable. Set up was very straight forward and easy. Id say it rides just as great as a fancy $1200 bike, just without the extra stuff (like a built in screen and programmed workouts). There is a little screen that tracks the time youve been on the bike. Overall, great quality bike and at an affordable price.

Due to the outdoor heat, decided to get an exercise bike.Unpacking and laying out the parts should be done carefully to make sure you have all the parts. Included were the necessary tools needed to assemble the bike. The tools were a decent quality and no other tools are needed for assembly.Assembly was straightforward until near the end. Instructions called for screws and knob parts that were not in the parts bag. Thought I was going to have to contact the seller for missing parts. Realized that these parts were all ready assembled on the bike. Only problem was a piece of packaging foam got caught in the wheel but easily removed. Uses three AAA batteries that are not included.Pro: Solid well built bike. Think the weight of the bike is about 50 lbs. Rated 350 lbs support. I do mean this is a impressive exercise bike for the money. Works with a cellphone via blue tooth app to show the mileage, speed, calories, etc.Con: Bike has two roller wheels on the front to allow you to move the bike. The wheels are pretty sorry which is a surprise as the rest of bike is good quality. Blue tooth works as long as you are peddling. App has chinese mixed in with the prompts as you do the setup. Makes for an interesting setup experience.Seat is definitely on the hard side but well made.Bottom line: Good product for the price of $227.

Nice little bike, does what an exercise bike NEEDS to do. I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars for a bike with a monitor and heart rate and RPM readouts....I needed a basic exercise bike and this fits the bill fine. Seat is a bit small but I'm 6,5" so it might be fine for average height people, also the seat and neck adjustment could have been simpler, a pull nob rather than having to unscrew the bolt completely would have been nice but again worth the price for this machine.

It took me about 2 hrs to assemble over 4 days bc I was sick. The hardest part of the assembly was putting on the back stabilizer bar (red and black); because you have to fight the 40lb flywheel to keep it stabilized while inserting the bolts and nuts. After you get the stabilizer bar attached the rest goes pretty easy. I have only used this bike one time for a workout so my experience is very limited. This is what I believe to be true and after reading other reviews:1. The bike is smooth.2. The bike is quiet.3. The bike seems durable.It seems to be a good basic spin bike. I replaced the seat with an oversized bike seat to avoid having a sore tailbone... wider with more cushion. There are many good choices for spin bikes; but this seems to be one of them if you want a good basic bike that is smooth and quiet. The installation is very reasonable and I did it by myself even being sick over a four day period. I am not crazy about the little display panel on the handle bar; but the tablet holder is nice and you can use it to put your cell phone on it. I can recommend this spin bike. This seems to be a good basic spin bike. I am not disappointed with my purchase.
