I purchased this product 2 times... 1st when i purchased it broke behind the holder 2nd time the stand is not holding to the AC vent properly...and the mobile keeps falling..I need refund i purchased this 1st time and within 6months it broke 2nd purchase within 1 month another damage..Please Do Not buy this product it utter waste of money i appreciate if Amazon contacts me back and issue a refund for this i have the item and the box with me

The holder is firm and solid. Even holds the phone steady when it's fit properly. But I am disappointed with the charger as it barely even charges well.

I have tried out many other car mounts, and with so many of them my phone or even the entire mount would fall off while driving . The adustable hook is extremely efficient, and the fact that it can be tightened ensures a solid attachment. This is a great improvement on similar mounts that lack the firm hold. I want to buy a bracket that can automatically adjust the position of the charging coil, so I chose this one. In fact, its quality is really good. I live in the UAE, bought this product November 2022 and broke in May 2023. The neck just split. I wasn't rough with it, actually quite careful and adjusted position as most would and left it in position without moving for long periods of time. Had my window sun visor up most of the time when not driving. Maybe its the heat but the neck is plastic, quite weak. If the neck was stronger, this would actually be a decent product.

I’ve been using this charger for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it actually charges pretty quickly. The clamp is sturdy and better than my last wireless charger, and this one was cheaper too! It’s a great buy. Unfortunately it’s not available on Amazon anymore now.

Bought this just over a month ago. Today it literally just broke into pieces from the base of the device and is no longer usable. It says it comes with a year long warranty but I can't contact the seller and no information is provided.
